Full Cycle

Went in today to purchase indoor cycling shoes for spin class. Great selection and very knowledgeable staff. Sven was awesome! He answered all of my questions and even installed the cleats for me! Can’t beat the prices.

We have been dealing with Phil and the staff at Full Cycle probably since they opened in 1994. They are wonderful. Great place to purchase bikes and cycling needs. Tune ups and repairs are always completed in a timely manner with no issues. We love going to Full Cycle. Thank you Phil and staff.

Such a great experience at Full Cycle St. Laurent today. Was looking for an entry level bike for my son and Sven was super helpful. Walked me through everything, very knowledgeable and super friendly. Highly recommend if you're looking to upgrade from department store bikes and you're not sure where to start.

After getting the run around from from another shop, I ordered a Kuat NV 2.0 Add-On via their web-site when I saw their Christmas in July sale and the transaction was AWESOME. I sent them a quick question to confirm the free shipping on Monday, they answered later that day confirming the details so I placed the order Tuesday. I got a notification a couple hours later that it shipped that night via UPS and it arrived at my place on Wednesday afternoon (I live ~500kms away!). Was really impressed with the communication, the easy on-line transaction and the wicked fast shipping (I was expected a few days!!). Product arrived in original box with shipping straps still on it, can't be more happy with the seamless service. I will definitely order from Full Cycle again and visit the shop when in Ottawa!

I recently experienced a flat tire on my bike and decided to visit Full Cycle for their typically quick and reliable repairs. To my surprise, there was an unexpected backlog of flat tire repairs, and my bike ended up in a queue. Resigned to waiting for an email notification when my flat was fixed, I remembered I had a spare front wheel at home from the same model of bike. I went back to the shop, suggesting to the accommodating bike tech that replacing the entire wheel might be faster than fixing the flat. Despite the busy repair queue, he graciously swapped out the old wheel for my spare. This was incredibly helpful as I wouldn't have been able to do it myself. The other staff were attentive as well, regularly checking in on me. Although the backlog was unanticipated, I'm thankful for the fast service and superb customer care.

I purchased a bike from a friend because mine was stolen, it had issues with the left hand gears, I went on line and asked questions to see if I had to make an appointment for a tune-up. The person on the online help said to just bring the bike in and ask at the service desk. I took the bike which is not a bike they sell and the fellow behind the desk put it up on the service rack and turned a few screws did a little adjusting and turning the pedals and shifting the gears and within 10 minutes I was out of there with a bike that worked great. I will be back because my husband tried to pump up my tire and lost a part and we cannot fill the tire with air.
