Love this place. Started coming here while Keto for their low carb breakfast option and have been coming back since because the breakfast wraps are so good. See photos for examples. They also have local hot sauces and other items for sale.

I thoroughly enjoy my first visit here. A great space with lots of wonderful nutritious and delicious foods. A great selection of panty staples and frozen items. Fruit and locally made foods. Beautiful doughnuts and a wide selection of beverages! The staff were very friendly and I very much enjoyed my items. Will be back!

The wraps are great! That said, I used to love grabbing some doughnuts here but something has changed - they are lacking that rich yeasty flavour and complex texture, and now taste like bread with sugar on top. Really not a fan of this, especially when the prices are on par with other high quality donut shops in the city.

A true gem of a local business I discovered and started supporting during the pandemic with donuts I would buy and deliver to clients to cheer them up on their confined bdays. The rest of their food is always delicious, made freshly by their passionate staff and always guilt-free! Great selection of meals ready for you to heat-up and delicious ice cream selection in their fridge too! It's basically very hard not to love anything they make or sell here. Keep up the good work Y'all!

Really cool space with lots of nutritious food! They have a great freezer section and lots of unique treats. I tried the lasagna, chicken wrap, and protein and energy balls.

I have been searching far and wideeeeee for the perfect wrap and i didn’t think it would be that complicated but my gosh it is !! There’s a secret to making a good wrap and this place has it all the way figured out. Literally the most delicious simple chicken avacado wrap i can’t wait to try all of the wraps and sandwiches. The best !!! The donut was just okay but i think it’s because i came at the end of the day. Will give it another try. Service was great !!

I ordered a vegan sandwich that I wanted to love. Unfortunately, the tempeh was not cooked and the ingredients were cold, despite the sandwich being toasted. I couldn’t finish both halves. There are good pantry items for purchase (kombucha, non-alcoholic beverages, and vegan ice cream), but I don’t think I’d reorder the prepared food.
