Freys Hotel

We stayed here for a short break and found it was incredibly handy to walk to from the Arlanda Express station. |All the staff were very pleasant and spoke excellent English.|The buffet breakfast had a lot of variety (check out the posted advice giving details of peak times for the breakfast).|Our room (a double) was very clean and nicely finished.|If I was coming back to Stockholm, I'd certainly be happy to stay here again.

The location of this hotel can't be beat! It's close to the train station and a short walk to some of the best sights and restaurants. Our room was spacious and very tastefully decorated, and I loved the additional amenities, including slippers and a robe as well as a mini refrigerator. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. There were so many different items on the breakfast buffet as well. It was delicious!

Decent hotel, the location is so good but rooms are dusty and treatment a bit stagnant. They can definitely enhance in that but they are alright. |Rooms are incredibly tiny, the breakfast buffet is good but enough variety. It also closes super early and you get kicked out if you stay a bit longer

Stayed here in Feb 2025. The hotel was in an ideal location close to Stockholm Central Station but easy walking access to get around. The accommodation, staff, the food and facilities were all great and had no complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

Frey’s feels like a home away from home. It’s very convenient to land at ARN, take transport to Central Station, and walk the one block to Frey’s. Highly recommended. Even though it’s close to the train station, there is no noise. It’s a very quiet place. Many shops and tourist sites are nearby; the location could not be better. The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. I like that they aren’t stuffy, but instead it feels like having a friend in town. Rooms are small but comfortable. Beds are cozy. Breakfast includes a large, tasty selection. While I didn’t try the restaurant and bar otherwise, it gets high reviews and is nice to have attached. Gym has bench and free weights, kettle bells, weight machine, rowers, treadmill, bike, and an exercise ball. Sauna is also available.

Great location. Atmospheric. |Decent buffet style breakfast.|It's good to have tea/coffee in the bedroom .|Small room, but enough for a short stay. Clean and comfortable. Good shower , a lovely warm room which is great after a cold day in Stockholm

The hotel was nice. The room we had was comfortable with balcony. It had a nice size tv. The meals was not so good it was the same menu everyday for breakfast. The main meals was not much good. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was not far from the old town which was a nice walk, and a lovely place to go.

Spent January weekend at Freys. Exceptional location next to the Shopping street, next to Atlanta Airport Express station and 15 min walk from Old Town Gamla Stan. Affordable prices . As missed out on their January 25% off promo , I asked and was offered an upgrade to a double room to have more space. That made my stay extra special. Reception is on 24/7 and stuff is very attentive . Breakfast - variety of food. Would return!
