His dedication, professionalism, and warm personality truly stood out, making our time at the beach unforgettable. Edwin went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcomed and well taken care of. His attentiveness and willingness to help with even the smallest details made a huge difference. Whether it was setting up the perfect spot, offering refreshing drinks, or sharing his local knowledge, he always did so with a genuine smile and kindness. The Four Seasons is known for its world-class service, but it’s people like Edwin who make it truly exceptional. His hard work and commitment to excellence deserve the highest praise. Our stay at this hotel was incredible! The staff were all so kind, professional, and always seemed happy, which made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. The food was amazing—everything I tried was delicious, and the variety was great. The villas were unbelievable, like something out of a dream. They were up in the hills with stunning views, plus we had our own private pool, which was such a cool feature. Everything was super clean and felt so luxurious. I also want to give a special thanks to Sandy, one of the buggy drivers. He was so friendly and made us feel really welcome the entire time we were there. This hotel is definitely one of the best Four Seasons property I have ever stayed at, and I would 100% love to come back. If you’re looking for a place that’s beautiful, relaxing, and has amazing service, this is it!

The beach at this property is undeniably beautiful, with the promise of great snorkeling and refreshing water. However, my experience with the hotel left much to be desired, as it highlighted a sense of exclusivity that detracts from the welcoming spirit one might expect. On my birthday, I drove an hour to watch the sunset at the beach, only to be turned away at the gate. While Seychelles law designates all beaches as public access, I was denied entry, forcing me to drive an hour back to my hotel. I returned two days later and finally enjoyed the beach, but accessing it proved unnecessarily difficult. The hotel does not allow staff to offer rides to or from the public beach, even when empty golf carts are headed in that direction. Thankfully, some kind-hearted staff members made exceptions, but the policy feels unnecessarily restrictive. As someone with a severe injury, the steep hike down to the beach and back up was challenging and would not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility. This lack of accommodation for guests with physical difficulties was disappointing, especially given the property’s reputation. Additionally, despite attempting to book spa and dining reservations four months in advance, I was told these amenities were fully reserved for hotel guests. While I understand prioritizing guests staying on-site, the exclusivity creates a sense of inaccessibility that may not align with the inclusive hospitality many travelers seek. While the Four Seasons is known for luxury, the policies and atmosphere at this property come across as elitist rather than accommodating. If you’re a guest aligned with this ethos, you may enjoy the experience, but for others, it may fall short of the warmth and accessibility expected from such a prestigious brand.

Four Seasons is by far my favourite hotel group, and I cannot help but think this is the cherry on the top of every other resort they own. "Recently" constructed, it shows no sign of age, its just perfect. So much thought has gone into the design, architecture and delivery, you are left speechless by the beauty. It looks like something out of Thunderbirds. The beach is one of the best beaches in the Seychelles. The service, the food, the delivery, it is all stunning. The staff go above and beyond every time with every request. I cannot help but feel this is peak vacation and nothing with ever live up to this experience. ||Thank you to everyone that made our holiday just absolute bliss. One of the best hotels, in the world. The sprawling 184-square-meter space featured vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that framed the Indian Ocean's infinite blue expanse. The real showstopper was our infinity pool, seeming to merge with the ocean horizon. The therapist's expertise with local techniques and ingredients – particularly the coconut oil-based treatments – created a deeply relaxing experience that left me floating back to our villa.|Dining|The resort's restaurants deliver exceptional culinary experiences. Kannel's seafood specialties and Creole-inspired dishes particularly impressed, while ZEZ's breakfast spread, enjoyed with panoramic ocean views, became a daily highlight. Located on a hilly bay about 40 minutes from the airport this hotel comprises a number of sizeable villas situated up the hills from the beautiful white sand/blue water beach. Buggies enable you to move easily around the resort but we were delighted to be allocated an Ocean facing Villa just back from the beach, and very easy walking distance to the restaurants and beach. For us that made the holiday so much more enjoyable- the view may not be as good as from the top of the hill, but we did not have to rely on buggy service to get anywhere. The food in the restaurants was excellent (we chose to avoid the differently themed buffets and so moved between restaurants each night for a la carte) and the staff were all friendly but professional. The Villa was large and nicely appointed in a colonial? style and was spotlessly clean. The private pool and spacious lounging areas meant for a really relaxing holiday. You pay for the privilege, but in life quality is never cheap……and the Four Seasons is first class.

I would like to start by thanking the Four Season team for making my birthday unforgettable. Everything was truly incredible. First of all, it was a great gesture for them to upgrade me because it was my birthday. We have been to big chain hotels all over the world to celebrate my birthday, but I don't remember being this happy. The friendly party that started with the Welcome party of the hotel manager on the first day, the quality of the restaurants, the favors left in the room, everything was so beautiful that it was the best holiday I've ever had. The power given to the manager at the head of each unit to ensure customer satisfaction really makes them make their customers infinitely happy. Everything, whether in the restaurants or in the rooms, works to make you comfortable. We ate at the Kreola restaurant for 3 nights, everything was so delicious, the special meals they made for us on the last day really made us feel unique. We would like to thank Chef Dashihana here especially. They didn't forget to send us off with a beautiful cake. I would also like to thank Mohammad Soboh who made us feel unique in the rooms. Of course, we would like to thank the general manager who managed this unique team with an incredible communication network without any errors.

This hotel has one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever visited and is surrounded by breathtaking nature. When I visited this hotel six years ago for the first time, so the hotel left in me a strong feeling of genius loci and that's why when we started planning our wedding at this hotel. Our wedding was like a fairy tail. I would like to thank our wedding coordinator Kasia. Also all other hotel employees, including general manager, were extremely nice to us during our stay. |We had a serenity villa. The villa had same design as six years ago. Interior was still nice but exterior was slightly outdated but the hotel is now renovating some villas. Also this hotel has slower service compared to other Four Seasons hotels, but slow service is generally typical for Seychelles.
