All the Flashback stores are great shops for buying used records. They are detailed and precise in their descriptions, and the gradings fair. I particularly enjoy the downstairs part of the Islington shop where a couple of turntables are there for listening. The team are really friendly. I walked away with a bunch of great buys!

A visit to the Essex Road shop followed by a pint nearby always makes for a great day. The staff is friendly without being overbearing and the selection of records and cds as good as anywhere.

Friendly record shop where lots of records are in stock. Personally I'm most interested in 7" vinyl singles, and it turned out they had a pretty decent selection in the basement. I'm actually astounded how very little shops still have 7" vinyl singles in London, so this is one address you would need to check out if you're interested in pop from the 70s, 80s and 90s, like me. Also a generous very selection of cd's and LP's, which I didn't have time for.

Absolute con artists. The shop itself is a great site to visit with its decor and memorabilia however I purchased my first and only Vinyl I own for £33 post lockdown from here then the so called appraiser gave a cash value of £8 and lied to my face saying "you didnt purchase it here as we put the sales sticker the other side" hilarious as they now have changed where they have put the sales sticker.

A gem of a place, all the staff are lovely (and extremely knowledgeable) two floor stuffed with vinyl records, both rare & bargain and everything in between. Really appreciate it’s so welcoming to newbies. Vinyl Heaven ❤️🎵

Very good selection, knowledgeable staff, reasonably priced and, most importantly, perfectly graded (or actually conservatively) second hand records - VG+ in the picture would be NM for about 99% of online sellers.
