Free entrance to a beautiful display of tea ware through 8 galleries. Inside the oldest western style house in Hong Kong. Do not miss the gift shop with extremely knowledgeable staff and beautiful displays of porcelain and pottery. They also sell an extensive selection of premium teas. It takes about an hour to complete the visit at your own pace.

Google
Small museum focusing on tea history and brewing method. It is located in a nice park. I wish they had more hands-on activities , like smelling different tea or a brewing ceemony, not just video. It is free to walk around.

Free entry. Located in Hong Kong park in the oldest English house in Hong Kong. Worth a quick stop if you are going through the park.

Yelp
Worth visiting especially when combined with a snack or a meal at the Lock Cha Tea Shop next door. The first floor in my opinion has the most interesting exhibits and descriptions of the history of Tea drinking, Tea ware and Tea preparation. Google maps led us astray. Use Apple Maps instead. The museum is easily reached from the Admiralty MTR station via the Pacific Center Mall.

Yelp
Small museum located inside Hong Kong Botanical garden. I spent about 10 minutes at most, the collection really didn't interest me that much, but if you're a fan of old stamps and tea ware, and its rich history, then you'd probably love this place. They have tons of "security" and personnel everything, preventing you from taking photos. There is no admission fee, so I guess if you're nearby in Admiralty or Central or in Hong Kong park, it's worth taking a look quickly. Currently, parts of it are undergoing renovations (December 2015), so maybe there will be something new later on. Fun fact, this is great in the summertime, for a quick cool down from the sweltering heat in the park.

Yelp
The museum is located in the middle of The Hong Kong Park, it is free to get in, there is no admission fee. The building itself was built in the 1840's, and is in colonial style. It was occupied by former commander of British Forces in Hong Kong, and is one of the oldest examples of Greek Revival architecture in the city. Flagstaff House become the Museum of Tea Ware in 1984. There is regular demonstrations of tea drinking and usage, you can book it via the internet in its website. If you don't intend to participate in the demonstratio, you only need half an hour of so to see everything there. It is rather small, there is a video where one can watch. There is a gift shop.
