Hands down the best meal we had in Iceland. The food here is amazing. A great restaurant. Looks very unassuming from the outside, but don’t let that put you off. We had the set menu - best food in Iceland. It’s not even close. Go here and love every second! Highly recommend

We were at this restaurant tonight. We ordered a set of sushi, large and small for our daughter and my husband ordered a ribeye steak. Very nice restaurant, delicious food and polite staff. There were a lot of people but the service was fast.

Brilliant. Amazing service, atmosphere, cocktails and dinner. We had the 5 course tasting menu and it was superb, couldn’t fault it. Would definitely come back and would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Delicious seafood dining in a charming atmosphere ,Fish company is one of the finest seafood restaurants in the area. We tried the lobster soup, Christmas three fish special & wolf fish. All the dishes tasted as fresh as it can get & had the perfect smooth buttery taste which we loved.

We went two nights in row there, the first night we had the around the world course, which was really good, focused on fresh fish, the second night we went with the options from card, which also was really good. The only thing which was a bit off for me is that they cover the meat with sauce which dominates the flavour of the meat! I would prefer that the sauce is either less dominant or to be on the side so I can decide how much to use. Pictures are from the second night only.

The dessert was extremely good and also the fish was perfectly cooked. Still it wasn't as luxurious as it is priced. The lobster soup was strange, I didn't quite enjoy it. Also, the place is beautiful but small and it seems like you don't have enough space. Overall, it is severely overpriced as the whole city but if you want good quality fish and you have a lot of money to spend you can try this restaurant.

We had a great dining experience at the fish company on our very first evening in Iceland. Such a lovely impression of all of the fine I need to come. The service the food and the atmosphere were all highly enjoyable, relaxing and fine. I particularly recommend the seafood soup. It was beyond outstanding. if you are in Reykjavík, this restaurant is a big recommendation from me.

This restaurant deserves a star. We are thrilled—this is how it’s done: warmly welcomed, accompanied to the table, and the service guided us through the evening. Each chef presented their own course. Perfect service through the evening. A warm, very pleasant, cozy atmosphere with great taste in decor. The best sashimi salmon ever with crumble, practically an explosion of flavors. All in all, very well done!!! Price-wise, very reasonable for Iceland!!! The Grillmakadurin restaurant could learn a thing or two from you ;-) Thank you for a wonderful evening, Fish Company team. We will gladly come back!
