It’s a very sophisticated looking bar. I love the ambiance there is with lots of beautiful plants, warm lights and cozy smelling candles. There’s also really good lounge music. We tried a few different cocktails and everybody was happy with their choice. They can take some time to serve but the attention is good. It’s a great bar to have a drink after work or take your partner on a date. Price/quality has a good match. Accessibility: it’s at street level and can be accessed easily with wheelchair/baby stroller.

My husband and I had an amazing experience here! We were looking for something more than just a bar, but a place where we can talk. We had the best lychee martinis and loved the atmosphere! The bartenders take their time to make the best drinks.

If you’re visiting Madrid, this is definitely the place to be. Located in an interesting and vibrant part of the town. A bit away from the large crowds, a place to really get into relax mode. We had a lovely time thanks to the quality and taste of the cocktails, the atmosphere, but above all the staff! Super cute, warm and friendly. So happy we found this place! Beautiful bar, amazing African history on display and all staff were delightful. Cocktails are amazing. We went back again the next night. A Madrid must do.

Don’t go here during the busy hours or you might not get a table at all or worse you might experience discrimination too just like what happened to us. No questions asked with their drinks, they’re one of the best in Madrid so far from all the ones that we’ve tried. Even their bartenders were also nice and explained to us perfectly how to “drink” their cocktails. However, we experienced problems with their waiters. First of all, one of them saw our group standing in front of the door and we were told that we have to wait and that’s fine. 15 mins into waiting, another group came in and when there’s already an available table, he just let the other group who came later than us and we were already reminding him that we were there first and he basically didn’t do anything. He said he’s gonna talk to that group who was also rude but I really doubt that because he also said he’s gonna do something but still we ended up waiting for 10 more mins. He sent the other waitress and told us that it’s because we are not standing properly outside? And she said there’s nothing they can do? So what happened to proper crisis management? We still ended up waiting and when we finally got seats they literally put us in the corner. We tried our best to communicate in Spanish but with how they handled we definitely felt that there was some sort of discrimination. All in all, we would probably only go back here during the off-peak hours. Drinks were good that’s all but the overall experience was just really unpleasant.

Fantastic cocktails and very accommodating staff! Order from the list or ask for any classoc and they will make it in perfection. Supernice ambience and interior! Perfect for 1-2 drinks when bar hopping!
