You can customize your order by adjusting the sugar level, ice, and even adding toppings (at an additional cost). The staff is very friendly and ensures the drinks are well-prepared. The space is cozy, perfect for studying/working or hanging out with friends. Best of all, it’s *pet-friendly*, so you can enjoy your time with your furry companion!

The best boba in addison 🧋 🌟 This place is a gem, they have it figured out better than any other location in the chain. I don’t know what they do differently but the boba is perfect every single time. Pros: - Amazing staff, always so happy to say hi - Owners are regular employees - Simple ordering system in person or screen - Lightning fast drink orders, less than 2 mins - You can get crazy with customizing your drinks - the price for the size is awesome - Flavors are rich, aromatic and smooth - Desserts are so delicious omg - the plants inside are all real and so healthy! - seating is comfy and everywhere - great for studying alone or hanging with friends - open super late for fun hangouts - tons of parking - great point rewards system for discounts Cons: - i come here too often and can’t stay away

First timer here. Was getting food next door and wanted something refreshing. nothing in the menu sounded appealing but I went for a fruity drink. The drink was okay. not the best. but to make the experience worse, there was a bug in my drink. Either a nat or a mosquito. /: But giving them 3 stars because the service was nice and the staff was friendly.

Drinks are fantastic. But the dessert cake was sooo not worth it. They even put kit kat on top .. like what? Cheap. The taro flavor was good but the cake, display, size... Underwhelming. Also it is FREEZING inside.

Feng cha is one of my favorite boba tea place. I have been to so many other locations before visiting the one in Addison. Looks like it is new. But as always, cute ambience, nice staff and my favorite strawberry overload boba tea.

"Masterful blends of liquified sweetness!" I came to Feng Cha with my now wife for the second time and it was just as good as the first! This time we got a Taro Breeze to share and it was an utterly delightful! Highly refreshing and perfectly made to fulfill a sweet tooth! Feng Cha has a way of making every drink vibrant and satisfying. They have a vast assortment of drinks to try at various levels of sugary sweetness. We will definitely go out of our way to come again! My now wife had a few thoughts of our experience: "This was our second visit to Feng Cha together and both times we ordered the Taro Breeze! It tastes like a taro flavored milk shake that’s light and dreamy. We also added boba and it was the perfect drink! Each time we went the staff was so kind as well and the shop was great for photos! New system, horrible way to order. Want a hot milk tea, don’t click on milk tea, instead scroll down all the way to the bottom to the hot drinks. There’s an option for milk tea with no ice which comes not recommended but really no indication that it’s room temperature instead of hot. Then to find out the points from the new system won’t transfer so that just lost my loyalty because I spent so much money here and my points won’t transfer. Got a room temperature ginger milk tea that doesn’t mix very well because it’s not hot. Guess I’ll heat it myself and just buy the ingredients from HMart.

Feng Cha changed their loyalty program to a new company and all points I used to have with previous vendor disappeared. There was no notification or heads up. Boba Tea is good but corporate should do a better job. 5 start for bartenders, lone star for corporate decision-makers.
