I had a very negative experience at this place, mainly due to the poor service at the beach area. When we arrived, the waitress immediately asked us to pay upfront for the sunbeds, which we did in cash. She took the money but never gave us a receipt. Later, when we ordered food and drinks, we asked for the bill, but it never came in writing—she simply announced an amount. The total was clearly inaccurate, as she had charged us for the sunbeds again. When I questioned it, she blamed “a mistake by the staff inside,” which was not convincing at all.
On top of that, the waitress was extremely unprofessional. Service was very slow because she was busy chatting with people she knew at the next table and even drinking shots with them, while we and other customers were left waiting.
For a place that presents itself as a well-known beach bar, this kind of service is unacceptable. Charging customers incorrectly, refusing to provide receipts, and showing favoritism to friends instead of serving paying guests is simply unprofessional. I would strongly advise management to review their staff training and ethics, because experiences like this make guests feel cheated rather than welcomed
