This is my third face gym location to have visited and I loved my service today with Danielle. She’s so knowledgeable and kind. Her touch was extremely skillful! I will definitely be back. These treatments always lift my face instantly!

I’ve been coming to this location for several years and was excited when the membership program was introduced—I signed up right away because I thought it was a great addition. However, I’ve experienced multiple ongoing issues with the membership itself, and getting in touch with the Member Services department typically takes several days. Tony, who is often present when these issues occur, has always been helpful, kind, and aware of the situation. He consistently greets customers with a smile and goes above and beyond to assist, which I truly appreciate. I believed the issue had been resolved earlier this month after ongoing communication with the Member Services team. Unfortunately, when I checked out today, another issue came up. One of the associates, who was very kind, attempted to assist but ultimately had to call over a supervisor. Tony was not on-site today. The supervisor who came over lacked basic customer service. He was unapproachable, didn’t explain what was going on, and acted as though I was bothering him. There was a misunderstanding regarding a supposed outstanding balance, and rather than clarify the situation, the supervisor was dismissive and rude. When I asked if the “Black guy” (referring to Tony, as I did not remember his name at the moment) was in, the supervisor’s tone changed significantly, and I sensed that he interpreted my comment in a derogatory way—which was not my intention at all, especially as I am a Black woman myself. The energy immediately shifted, and the attitude he displayed was unsettling. Once he told me Tony’s name, I addressed Tony by name and explained that he is aware of the ongoing issues I’ve faced with the membership. As someone who comes from a customer service background myself, I truly understand the importance of professionalism, kindness, and clear communication—especially when resolving customer concerns. Unfortunately, experiences like today remind me how rare genuine customer care has become. It’s disappointing to see the standard shift so drastically. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, because great customer service *does* make all the difference—and Tony is a great example of that.

Was really excited to try because I like the concept but saw this had a lot of negative reviews on the morning of my appointment. I paid for a 45 minute treatment but my facial was around 30. I pointed out that I went in at 12:48 and came out at 1:19. Facial itself was great but it’s too pricey to accept that on the chin.

My girl Heffy was amazing. She was attentive and informative. It was my first time. I got the cryo contour. She talked me through the whole service. I’m really considering getting the PureLift machine. The results are amazing. I went with a friend. She didn’t get as good of a service. Her girl didn’t talk at all very brief instructions. Most the the “trainer” in there that wasn’t with clients had headphones on. They didn’t act like they want to be there at all. Btw you must valet at the hotel it’s connected to. It’s $10 or $20 I don’t exactly remember

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing their signature facial, and it was nothing short of amazing. The studio was impeccably clean, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. They use gentle, non-harsh products, paired with advanced technology devices that deliver instant, visible results. My skin felt sculpted, de-puffed, and refreshed right after the "work-out". This facial is perfect for monthly maintenance or as a post-travel pick-me-up. I only wish I had discovered it before my wedding—it would have been the ultimate pre-wedding prep! I highly recommend this to all brides-to-be for a snatched, glowing look.

I want to express my feelings about your employees Brenda currently at the West Hollywood location. She is rude an unhelpful. I can not begin to tell the depth of disappointment service she provided. I will continue to tell you how disappointed I am with your company FACEGYM.. I will no rest until I Recoup losses… I filed a former complaint with the BBB. Buyer beware !!!!!

The place is very clean. Two people greet you at the front desk. Valet parking is 10 dollars with validation. My Trainer was Priscilla. I had the Signature Sculpt & I left feeling as if I worked out my face. She made it clear that the work outs are what they are, work outs for the face. Just imagine getting a fitness trainer to workout your body. It takes time to achieve your fitness goal. It’s the same concept with this place. They train you how to workout your face, hence the name Face Gym. The tools are a bit on the pricey side however we made the investment & purchased them along with some skincare. I will be taking the online classes they offer. I’m motivated to continue the workouts.

Use to love this place but this time I’ve travelled all the way from Europe to have a treatment here and really looking forward to it and they denied it because when I was doing my form I accidentally pressed that I had Botox in the last two weeks. Now I would like to ask myself this question. How could I have Botox when I was pregnant? I said to the girl that I was sorry that I filled out the form in my phone very rushed the buttons were small and I must’ve clicked that and she had no sympathy whatsoever I think she clearly just To give a treatment that day. I told her that I could show her from my doctor that I was pregnant and she said that she couldn’t look at my medical record. Complete DISAPPOINTMENT.

I have been to Face Gym twice, with my second time being this week. My trainer was Malaya, who was very educated when it came to skin care. My facial was just what I needed! I appreciated Malaya showing me some techniques that I can do at home as well. I will be back to book with her soon!!

First and for most Brenda refused to provide her last name. Total fail on Brenda the studio manager. Her current location is West Hollywood. I was invited to sign up for a two-month facial membership by my Licensed Esthetician, Victoria Samson. I fulfilled the prerequisite. I expressed my want to stop receiving services at my most recent appointment when I went to the register meet with the manager studio manger Brenda. Regretfully, I neglected to verify that a seven-month service charge had been made to my credit card. The studio i went is Closed in Santa Monica.

I got the standard face massage without any boosters. It was basically a regular facial with slightly more focus on the face massage part. The salon is well-designed, but you're basically having a facial out in an open space like you would at a hair salon. The facial itself was a relaxing experience, but they tried to sell me on extra things about 4 times during my time here, all of which I continually declined. They tried to sell me on boosters before my service (which, fair). Then they tried to sell me more boosters twice during my service. Then they tried to sell me product to take home after my service. Maybe I'm sensitive to being sold to, but either way, it actually made my experience not-so-great. My skin definitely came out a lot more moisturized, but I didn't get the immediate depuffing results I was hoping for. Maybe it was because I didn't buy a booster lol. Given the price, and how persistent they were about trying to sell me things, it didn't feel worth it to me. Maybe I'd be open to going to another location but tbd on that.

As you walk in face gym is very direct, it's casual and professional at the same time. The five star goes to my aesthetician Danielle I was very lucky to have her. She was very knowledgeable and went through every treatment and boosters she put on my face thoroughly. I am going to post pictures with this review. On the other hand my friend got a booster that had crystallized nanoneedles that scratched her face. It was applied with a roller anyone who has sensitive skin should really look into not getting the treatment or maybe it was just her person that had a heavy hand, but either way she got scratched on her face. Also, I received I got a pure lift pro edition that does not work for some reason it doesn't power up. I'm trying to call them and I guess cause it's black Friday they're busy. Sidenote for my friend, she did get some credit back Marco the manager was on top of it .

I wasn't impressed with this place. It's pretty basic. The staff is kind and welcoming. That's the best part. Other then that it was just an overpriced average massage.

I was influenced to try this and had a discount code for my first session thank goodness. It was supposed to be a 45 min session but with the assessment and all the attempts to up sell, it felt like 10 min. The actual massage part was great for the few fleeting minutes that it happened. Not worth the monthly membership in my eyes. My esthetician does a wayyyyy better job.

The most refreshing, innovative, and deeply satisfying experience my face has ever encountered. I've had hundreds of facials around the world, from the back street elemental facials of Bali, to the French melon hydration treatments in Antibes, France. All were great, but nothing compares to what I experienced at Face Gym. You can't exactly compare traditional facials with the "face workouts" of this place. It would be like comparing the finest French macaroons to a juicy steak in Texas. Both are good in their own right, but face workouts are such a novel experience, that I don't even know how to describe it beyond love-making of the face and hands. Think deep-tissue massage crossed with a Turkish bath, but for the face. I'd never had my jaw mandibles massaged before. All I know is that after it was done, for a good week, I had been so released from chronic build up of tension buried in my jaw muscles, that I was in a zen state of new awareness and relaxation. I've come in for two treatments that include some mixture of the signature sculpt, cryo medi lift, radio frequency, and whatever you call the treatment where they stick their gloved fingers in your mouth to massage your jaw muscles. I even made a rather popular video of my experience that you'll find on their instagram page. In fact, I love this place so much, I've brought my daughter and several influencer friends, and all loved it! Highly, HUGELY recommend this experience!

Lovvveeeeedddd my treatment at facegym. I got the sculpt, hydration restoration, and intense cleanse. I'm glad I went with all 3 because they all felt like they did something different for my face. I did notice a difference in the puffiness of my face after the treatment. Next time I would plan to stay in the area longer, probably get lunch or dinner at the hotel since I'm already paying for valet. The hotel attached is really nice as well and has a bunch of restaurants. This would be a fun place to have a girls day.

Loved the massage! It is a bit pricey and extra for add-ons so if you've never been, just make sure to ask before saying yes to your specialist's recommendations.

Treat yourself to a facial elsewhere (Misarang Beauty in Koreatown is MUCH better and has free parking for a 75min+ personalized treatment). 30min or less massage for the price is NOT worth it here. Customer service is also awful. This location DOES NOT answer their phone and parking is terrible. Tried to return products multiple times and they closed 1hr+ earlier than their closing time. Their ripoff vibration face device came uncharged and when trying to charge it, it wouldn't work. Also, any product returns within a month for UNOPENED products are at the manager's discretion. That's a weird policy for a company that sells you an ALREADY BROKEN PRODUCT. TLDR: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS AND FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AWFUL PRICES.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at FaceGym and the whole experience from start to finish was unique & relaxing. Loved the EMS technology and the skin IV (no needles injected) the most. I left with my face feeling toned& sculpted and my skin like a glazed donut to the touch. Hailey did a great job & I booked for a month out before I go out of town. If you enjoy facials, I recommend trying this spot at least once for a new and innovative experience.

I love this place !!! Deep tissue massage that leaves your face rested and glowing . The technician was friendly and efficient

Honestly felt like a waste of money. I arrived 10 min early and I sat and waited for 5 extra min before even being seated in a chair. Brooke spoke a mile a minute and was not super friendly, just sort of abrasive. I had booked an express workout ($65) with an add on for 30 min of shoulder and neck massage ($30). Brooke told me she thought it would be more worth it to spend $5 extra to skip the shoulder and neck massage and to just get the signature sculpt ($100 for 50 mins). I agreed and said no problem... in the middle of my face workout, she asked if I wanted to do any add ons, which I declined. I was seated at 3:05 and Brooke finished at 3:40 and sent me on my way after recommending I come back for a $200 treatment next time. So I paid $100 for 35 min??? Absolute BS!! I felt like everyone in there wanted to just get me in and out as soon as possible since I wasn't a regular or a friend of anyone there. Had I felt like anyone cared about my business, I would have become a regular. Unlikely that I will ever come back to waste my money here again.

I bought a gift card from this place for my partner, and he absolutely loved his experience.

I recommend 1.) visiting this place when you need a good lift before an event or 2.) making regular visits to start training your face muscles and such. BROOKE was wonderful. My experience was transformative and I noticed a wild difference after my session. I did the clean + lift workout. The treatment session was about 55 mins, it was therapeutic, and my skin was noticeably TIGHTER and more plump when I left!!! I'll definitely put them in my bi-monthly beauty rotation.

I went for my first time on a Saturday afternoon and Brooke M. was my specialist. My treatment, Clean + Lift, was amazing in spite of me being almost 20 minutes late due to traffic. She treated me with kindness, explained each step before applying anything to my skin and checked on my overall comfort. It was a great first time! My girlfriend felt the same with her specialist as well. I cannot wait to book my next appointment. Thanks Brooke!

I'm not really impressed.. for the price you might as well get an actual facial that will have you walk out feeling better. At the Face Gym, They massage your face as little and you put $200. You also sit in the same room with everyone else. It's like a barber shop where everyone is sitting next to each other. Little weird experience to be honest..

First time at Face Gym. I chose the Signature Sculpt. The duration was 50 minutes but felt like 15. Time flew by because the service was so relaxing! The pure lift face facial workout device was so heavenly, I would have been content with just that for hours! I didn't want the service to end. It was the most relaxing feeling ! I could have sat in the chair for hours! 9.9.22

Worth it? Yes. I arrived a few minutes so Tiffaney and I started at 4:10 and she walked me through the process. I love that they double cleanse you and the serums they use were 10/10 moisturizing for my combo skin. She made sure to ask me how my skin was ahead of applying anything. I think the move is to do add-ons but since it was my first time I really just wanted to get a sense of what this was without extras. Definitely book this before an important dinner, event, or special occasion. My face looked noticeably less bloated and more slender after the appointment and I did my makeup after for a comedy show... it lasted so long and my skin looked incredible. I think the combo of massage and the products really locked this in for me. I'll book when I'm in town again if I feel like doing some self care or have a special event afterwards. This isn't going to be life changing it's like getting a facial minus the extractions or red light. If you value your skincare routine and aesthetics you'll get a lot of out of the experience. Don't expect them to grab a wand and work some miracle on you. That's not realistic babe! The vibe was a bit cold and not super friendly but music was good. Would have loved just a touch more warmth from front desk and higher communication. The establishment was a bit aloof overall.

SO worth it! My friend Joslyn referred me to Face Gym and I'm so glad she did! Tiffaney D. gave me the Signature Sculpt facial workout, which I absolutely loved. The Signature Sculpt started and ended with a wonderfully refreshing lemongrass hot towel which felt amazing on my skin. Tiffaney expertly massaged my facial muscles and crunched down on problem areas to relax my face, while applying oils and serums to provide maximum hydration. Tiffaney got rid of my face's puffiness, massaging and using the Purelift EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulator) to depuff, lift, sculpt and tone. Then she drained my lymph nodes, leaving my skin glowing, depuffed and more radiant than ever before. This was really a spa treatment combined with a facial workout, because as my face was being worked out, Tiffaney's calming presence and loving care really provided me with the ultimate spa-meets-gym experience. Thank you so much guys! I can't wait to try the Cryo Medi Lift next for further deep hydration and massaging.

A workout for your face, except you just get to lie there while your trainer does all the work for you? Yes sign me up! I did the signature sculpt and my trainer Heffy did an amazing job. My complexion was absolutely glowing following the signature sculpt facial. She also relieved a lot of the tension that I hold in my jaw and neck. I really recommend seeing Heffy because she's very knowledgeable about the techniques and products they use. I'll definitely be returning!!

Kathleen did a phenomenal job with my clean + lift workout! My skin is glowing and I added the massage to get knots out of my jaw and haven't felt this relaxed in years!!

I've been training with Brooke Mendes at FaceGym since they opened this location. I Love how firm My face looks. My skin is glowing with the Vitamin C Serum and I notice My pores are more diminished. Thank you FaceGym!

Amazing! I'm addicted. I wish they would have one in the I.E. My skin used to have dark scars and going to face gym has cleared all my dark spots . Love them

What a great new concept in face and health care. If you love to get facials it's a must try experience and you will want to come back.

You go to the gym to get your muscles pumped but have you forget about your face? Ever since wearing Invisalign, my headaches getting worst. I would wake up many times at night just to tell myself keep my jaw opens to relax. Muscle relaxer works but not for long term usage. I would like to try face deep muscles work as recommended by my orthodontist. I am not going to sugar coating here, if you need serious deep tissue moment on your jaw, you should sign up for "The Signature" program. I had Jocelyn who acknowledges how tense my jaws are and when I almost given up, she won't. She is more brave than my plastic surgeon. I seriously squeezed out 1/2 a drop of tear, so embarrassing. BUT WORTHS IT. Immediately after the whole 30minutes session was over, my jawline softened up, I no longer have those dents on my lower cheeks. Even the cheeks hang higher. So, before you consider having fillers to plump up your face, DON'T FAKE IT! WORK IT! Definitely come back once a month or more if my pocket book commits. I know I will sleep like a baby every night. Btw, they validate parking so you only pay $10 good for 3 hour. If you hang around and go over 3 hours, it's out of your pocket. Their products smell great! They first use cleaners to clean your face before the workout. They apply nice skincare and sunblock back onto your face before you leave. I don't recommend wearing heavy makeup going there.

Absolutely love this place! Clean, sanitary, spacious. I've had different "trainers" and they are all amazing, loving the results I get from facial massage. Easy to book online and lots of new "add on" treatments. I'd go weekly if I lived closer!!

A few years ago, my mom and I went to this location and I LOVED it. It was maybe still a little pricey considering it wasn't a typical facial (extractions, exfoliation etc), but it was different we enjoyed it and the ladies that did our facial workouts were very nice and accommodating. Cut to last year-- I took my older sister because we were visiting Los Angeles and wanted her to experience it...needless to say, she was less than impressed. This time around they up charged us sneakily by adding things without disclosing that they would come at an additional charge and without even really asking if we wanted them. We booked pretty standard services with totals coming to $200 at most at booking time and ended up walking to the register and the facials costing an additional $150!!! $350 for a 30 min facial without the works is absurd but would be okay if I agreed to paying for the extras. It just felt sneaky and scammy this time around. It's not a coincidence that the link to review services in your receipt via email doesn't work. Buyer beware 100%

OH WOW LOOK AT HER GLOWING FACE!!!! Yes, my skin looks so f**king flawless and yes, it was because of Megan Robinson at FaceGym. I see that this place has only 3 stars and that's absurd, because it is worthy of every star possible. It's quick, it's easy, it's efficient and yes, it gets your face in shape- as promised. My facial muscles were worked in a way that I never knew I needed. Megan tensed to me with such diligence, precision and brought the pressure/ massage strength that my facial muscles needed. I will be back as a regular and you will too once you try the wonders of FaceGym (especially with Megan R)

I can't believe it took me this long to come here! I follow their Instagram and have had this bookmarked forever but finally went last week and dragged my husband along with me. We got the "Express Workout" booked online and since my husband was coming with me, I booked both appointments online but wasn't able to get them at the same time. I called the morning of and they were able to change our appts so that they were right after each other. You can park at 1Hotel off Sunset (CUTEST, chic hotel) and FaceGym validated parking so it's $10 with validation. It's part of the hotel but not connected which was a little weird so you walk back out to sunset to enter. The girls at the front were friendly and Amy did mine and my husband's facial and it was AMAZING!!! Amy was great at communicating and walked me through the process of what she's doing and the benefits but still kept talking minimal so I could relax which I appreciated! She used her hands and fingers for some face sculpting, a ball which felt amazing, some lymphatic draining tools, some amazing face products and this hand held pure lift face thing that felt so weird but so good at the same time, some muscles were twitching and I couldn't stop laughing but Amy was patient with me luckily lol next time, I'll go for the signature sculpt so I can enjoy it longer and have even more benefits! Some muscles in my face are sort of sore since they were 41 unused muscles in your face and I love it!I would definitely suggest this a day or two before a big event since it helps with puffing, makes you glowing and leaves you feeling GOOD! Husb asked me this morning, days later, when we could go back cuz he loved it so much and loves how his skin looks now. I can't wait to go back!

OMG this place is incredible! Erin did the cryo lift and contour workout on me and it was THE best treatment I've ever had. I'm not into facials and have MATURE skin and the results are incredible! I'll definitely make this a monthly routine. Staff was wonderful and perfect throughout booking, checkin and checkout!

I've never experienced a facial like this before! The technology was so advanced and the quality of the products where amazing. I booked with Sara and loved every moment of the facial! She was informative and educated and explained every step along the way and super friendly! This place is such a vibe, I'll forsure be back!

Went to Face Gym in West Hollywood last week and I'm officially hooked... Sara Lee is an absolute GEM! I walked out of there with skin fresher than a newborn baby's lol, and I just felt like a new person! Not only did the Signature Sculpt release all of the tension I've been building up in my jaw all these years, but my entire body felt weightless after just one session! My boyfriend even commented on how defined my face/cheekbones looked the second I got home and said my skin was glowing. Thank you, Sara!! ...and please open a location in DTLA next!!

Heffy did an AMAZING job relieving tension in my jaws and my shoulders. She made me feel relaxed and calm as she worked on me, and I did not want my time with her to end!! When she was done, I could noticeably see my face look thinner and my skin felt so healthy and fresh. Workers all wore masks and seats were sanitized between appointments.

AMAZING! I just got the signature sculpting facial with Tiffany and she did such a great job. I have never experienced a facial like this before. My cheekbones and jaw look SO sculpted. My face is depuffed and the tension in my jaw is gone. Not only does my skin look amazing, i fell asleep because it felt SO GOOD! I also added some vitamin shots to brighten and my skin looks so radiant and healthy. I'll definitely be back and book with Tiffany again. Highly recommend

Please read this review before going. As the 5 star reviews are clearly written by friends or employees of the location. I had read about Face Gym a lot, had a positive experience once in NYC. But this LA experience was anything but. Your bill will also nearly double without them even telling you, by adds on they just do to your face. Most of their trainers / estethicians are not properly trained. You're better off getting a real facial at a trustworthy place, for a fraction of the price. My experience on May 14 was something I would honestly not have even paid for after the fact. When I asked the woman if she had been working for a while, she told me she was brand new and it was very evident. The entire time she was working out my face, the woman next to us kept looking over at her techniques with a shocked face while also shaking her head, coming by once to tell her she was doing something wrong. I then was told I should also get the cryo oxygen without any notice that it would be an additional $95 - that I did not find out until I went to pay. When it was time to do the cryo, she didn't know how to use the machine and the little tank flew off the machine and she left for 20 minutes trying to get a new machine, or perhaps be taught how to use it. To spend $310 + a $40 or $50 tip (I can't recall exactly but she was standing near enough to the register to hear me at time to tip, so I felt bad saying zero) to be a guinea pig for a brand new employee is pretty wild to me. Especially for a price that I can go to Shani Darden for. To make it all worse, I received zero noticable results. The first 2 times people commented on my face, and how great it looked. This time, 3 people asked me what happened to my face. As it was left red and irritated for several days. When I sent an email to their GM, Marco, he invited me back for a 25% discount. Why would I spend $250 for another poor experience?

Obsessed with this place! You will leave feeling refreshed, lifted and de puffed! Go here before an event to have your face sculpted perfectly before a night out. Can't wait to come back! Hayley did my service and I will go back to see her!

I booked two treatments for my mom and I here last Tuesday. Unfortunately the day of they notified me that they didn't get the shipment they were expecting and ran out of CO2 shots! They offered us instead another (less expensive) treatment with an added shot of some sort. At first I was sort of upset because we took the day off and made a day trip from Ventura. I was disappointed. Later when I spoke with a manager, Marco, he explained to me that we were actually getting more, he was patient and kind and I totally appreciated it. The treatments were awesome! Hayley was my 'workout partner' and she was so sweet. We left feeling relaxed and glowing. We went to the hotel lounge afterward to wait out traffic and the bartender complimented my makeup! I just laughed and told him I wasn't wearing any Giving them five stars because it was the highlight of the trip and we want to go back! My skin is so grateful. Also side note, I was worried my mom was going to have a reaction because they used a lot of product and she's allergic to nearly everything. She came out unscathed and was just as glowy Next time I will take before and after pictures

I went to Face Gym because a few friends had recommended me going. Not really knowing what it was, I was very surprised to have an hour dedicated to face massaging, sculpting, and making my skin healthier. The place was relaxing and the woman who worked on me, Priscilia, did an amazing job. I now have regular sessions booked with her. It helped relieve the tension in my face, and my skin looks healthier after one session.

Face Gym is really a game changer in the self-care stratosphere; they're literally offering the technique and tools to do it for yourself and not just a maintenance venue. It very much empowers individuals to take control of the vision they have for themselves, which is the reason they have a few bad reviews; it's the same people that expect gym results in one session. It's about discipline and repetition. Not a "one and done". Despite seeing my results after the first appointment, my mother was skeptical saying it wasn't going to be better than ones she's had before or isn't worth the price. 5 minutes into today's "work out" she was cooing about the experience and at the end, she saw the debuffing and lift--she's now a believer. Joslyn was an especially great "trainer" today, the work she did on the knots in my jaws and neck left me feeling light and radiant. Staff is professional, knowledgeable and personable. The tiny downside is that their site can be a little glitchy, but don't be discouraged to call to schedule, they're very friendly. Lastly, Joslyn and Tiffaney have both been AMAZING, sweet and professional. I'm sure all their aestheticians are amazing, and I'll be back soon to spread their gospel.

First of all, had I read the reviews I would've been prepared when they uncharged me for three additional "treatments" without informing me there was an additional charge and KNOWING that it was my first time. I went to pay after my treatment and was shocked that it was 100 more than the treatment I reserved. Each time the practitioner would ask me if I wanted this or that I responded, whatever is part of the signature facial. They were fortunate that I was high as a kite, otherwise, all hell would've broken loose. I explained to the person at the front desk that the practitioner NEVER indicated the treatments she suggested throughout were an additional charge. Whilst I refused to pay the additional 100 I ended up paying an extra 60. The practitioner's skill set was amazing as it was hard to believe she was not using a machine! I purchased a pkg of 4 for the price of three treatments so I am stuck having to return 3 more times but at least I will be prepared and know what to expect going in. One additional note, the barber chair concept for a facial is not ideal (felt like a barber shop with everyone in the same room and no privacy whatsoever). I LOVE the concept and will look for a similar service with a different business, especially since they continue shady practices despite being called out on it. I love their cool concept but sitting in the same room with others felt a bit uncomfortable. And my esthetician was too chatty. Usually after a visit to a spa I feel much more relaxed. The design is beautiful though and it's very instagrammable. But if you want to get a real good facial massage, I recommend other places.

I was SO excited to try out FaceGym after following on Instagram for a while. My mom and I made appointments and the staff couldn't be friendlier or knowledgeable. They were clearly well-trained and professional and the overall experience while we were there was great. The workout felt amazing too. My skin felt more firm and my face did look more toned immediately after. That being said... my mom and I both texted each other that night and agreed there were ZERO results after even an hour. My skin no longer felt as firm and my cheeks may have been almost puffier from the kneading. I understand that like any body work out you get better results after doing it regularly, but they claim immediate results that last weeks (with photo evidence). I'm disappointed because at $100+ per session I'd expect something that lasts longer than one hour. On top of that my mom and I both broke out after.

Soooo! I received a gift card from my friend right before covid so of course I didn't have time to use it. Fast forward I check up with them before hand if I can still use my gift card - they say YES. I have it in writing. Then a week after my facial they charge my card anyway for 235. So I literally paid double for a facial, they still haven't resolved the issue after almost a month!!!!

I have been following face gym on instagram and finally decided to treat myself to a facial, and let me tell you I'm hooked !! Hayley did my facial she was amazing. Her hands did wonders on my cheek bones and the tension in my neck. I also saw a huge difference on my face after the treatments. I am so happy I finally decided to try this place out because the results really speak for themselves! Thank you Hayley I'll see you in 2 weeks! :)
