I had a terrible experience at FaceGym Notting Hill. I needed to adjust my appointment by just 10 minutes, and the staff flat-out refused to accommodate me. No flexibility, no effort to help—just a cold, dismissive attitude. For a place that charges premium prices, you’d expect at least a basic level of customer service, but apparently, that’s too much to ask.
The staff were rude and unhelpful, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. With so many other beauty and wellness options in London, I won’t be wasting my time or money here again. Avoid if you expect even the slightest bit of professionalism or courtesy.
