"Former Spa Junkie columnist at the Financial Times Inge Theron is the founder of this enterprise. Which makes sense, as only someone who has experienced hundreds of spas, treatments, and Eastern and Western wellness philosophies could have come up with something so smart. FaceGym is not a facial; it’s a workout for the muscles, fascia, and lymph glands that make up your face. And it’s completely noninvasive. A therapist will knead, press, and gently slap your face for thirty minutes, and the result is kind of incredible. Your cheekbones look lifted, your eyes are less puffy, and the rush of blood to the face gives your complexion a healthy glow. The shorter appointment times and convenient locations mean you can squeeze this facial workout into a lunch break. We like the flagship on the King's Road, but the counter at Selfridges is just as good, as is the location across the pond at Saks in NYC."

I waited to review FACEGYM Notting Hill due to the mixed reviews. Neither the less I have now visited twice in 2 months and seen Anita and Radka. Both have been fantastic appointments, from the staff on the desk, the service and the face workout itself. If you are sceptical like I was - give this place a go. You won’t be disappointed!

The person who served me was Halima. This was by far the worst FaceGym workout I’ve ever had. I felt like I paid just to let a trainee practice on me. Her technique was not only very monotonous but also her hands were extremely dry, and she didn’t use enough oil. At one point, her palm was pressing directly on my eyeball. For such an expensive workout, the service should at least match the price, right? Most of the clients are women, many with long hair, yet they don’t even provide a hair tie. She massaged my face with my hair falling over it. She didn’t apply enough pressure where it was needed after I reminded her several times, and her black robe kept brushing over my face while she worked. I could even feel her nails scraping my skin more than once. It was terrible. I won’t be coming back again.

Pls don’t sign up for a membership here. They offer zero flexibility and do not care at all about the customer experience. The studio team always raise their hands up and say that a clients problems are ‘above their pay grade’

I have used Face Gym 4 times in the past year and whilst I really like the treatment the customer service from everyone I speak to is excellent. I wanted to change my appointment the day before and Abby in Notting Hill was so helpful. When I got to the studio I was made to feel at home. This is a premium service in every sense but the end to end experience makes it so worth it. Thank you very much!

I had a terrible experience at FaceGym Notting Hill. I needed to adjust my appointment by just 10 minutes, and the staff flat-out refused to accommodate me. No flexibility, no effort to help—just a cold, dismissive attitude. For a place that charges premium prices, you’d expect at least a basic level of customer service, but apparently, that’s too much to ask. The staff were rude and unhelpful, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. With so many other beauty and wellness options in London, I won’t be wasting my time or money here again. Avoid if you expect even the slightest bit of professionalism or courtesy. DO NOT USE

Thank you so much for making me feel welcomed, at ease and calm. The sculpt was fantastic (I had Carmen who is lovely). And was given some tips too. I hope to come back x

I had an incredible face lifting - take 10 years off facial. It was a gift from my daughter and it was so wonderful. All the staff at the Notting hill branch of Face Gym were welcoming and very friendly. Anita (hope I have spelt correctly) was brilliant at her job and she did my facial. She had a firm and healing approach and made me feel totally relaxed and cared for. I loved every minute of it, all the different sensations and deep massage on my face, neck and shoulders. I was made to feel beautiful and my skin has such a lovely glow and radiance to it ever since. I cannot wait to return. Highly recommended! Thank you for a wonderful experience

I am thrilled to leave a 10/10 review for my therapist Radka at FaceGym. From the very beginning, Radka has been extraordinary. She is incredibly friendly, positive, and knowledgeable. I always trust her to decide on the best skin boost for me, and she never disappoints. Radka has been so brilliant that I even joined the membership scheme. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to achieve the best results while enjoying a few laughs along the way. Thanks to Radka's expertise, I've seen amazing results from the Signature Sculpt. I'm so glad I trusted FaceGym to deliver, and Radka has truly made the experience exceptional.
