the most incredible staff! i am 4 months postpartum and visited this location to find jeans to fit my new body. every single staff member was helpful, kind and patient. a shopping experience that i was dreading became easily the best i’ve ever had.

One of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. In general, I usually avoid in store shopping and just purchase online— but never having purchased anything from Everlane, I was unsure about sizing. The store is so clean and well organized, making it more inviting. I’m truly writing this review because I cannot begin to speak more highly of the staff— so, so friendly and helpful. Their feedback on how the jeans/pants wear over time and the differences in styles was just what I needed to feel confident in my purchases. Such a far cry from other companies where you walk in and immediately feel like you’re bothering them if you need help. Next time I’m ready for something new, I’ll be skipping my usual online order and heading back to this Brooklyn location.

I love Everlane, and I usually buy online, but I wanted to get a feel for fit, so I went in. All I have to say is WOW. To the folks working this evening (8/21): Thank you all so much. Seriously, this was the kindest, most helpful service I've ever received. I felt so welcomed, and I walked out with clothes that make me look and feel my absolute best. <3

Had the best experience with the Williamsburg staff. As I was standing in the center mirror of the store wearing The Corduroy Gardener Pant recommended by Kayla a few staff members walked by commenting sincerely saying they look so good… the motivation I needed… I got the pants. Haha Thanks again Team!

I was going to return some shirts that were too big for me in that style and buy some new ones. there was a misunderstanding with the order date + return policy at first, which was totally on me (i gave the wrong email). after she accepted the return, she kept making statements about how the shirts "smelled like laundry detergent." to be clear, this was 3 shirts that were delivered to me 3 days ago, that she was claiming I bizarrely chose to wear and wash all 3 in 2 days somehow. she said this 3 or 4 times. after deciding they probably hadn't been worn/washed, she said "yeah, it does look like it would be really small on you" (since I said this design was the wrong size for me). trying to make conversation I said "actually, they were pretty huge on me!" and she just went "hmmm..." after glancing at me (???) I can't tell if this is a wild level of miscommunication or the pettiest/most childish customer service interaction I've ever had (if she truly was trying to imply i was "big" and a scammer), but needless to say i didnt stay and shop lol

Really nice service from the girls on 26 July! I must have asked to try on almost every single style of jeans in the store and nothing was a problem. Went away with a new pair of jeans and feeling 100% sure about them

I went as soon as they opened on a Thursday. They seemed overstaffed for a weekday opening shift. The staff were having many personal conversations despite the store having 3-4 customers. I did receive assistance right away and tried on some shorts. They only had the Easy Short in one color in store desperate the short being offered in 4-5 colors on the website. Everything was neatly laid out but some products I wanted didn't have my size out on the sales floor and the staff had to grab some from the back. They should check all sizes are out before they open. Would save the staff and customers time. I would shop here regularly if they actually stocked more colors and sizes but looks like I'll stick to ordering on the website.

This place is amazing! Great selection, perfectly curated store design, and super helpful sales associates. They come right up to you if you're holding an item and offer to start fitting rooms for you, and are very proactive in getting you other sizes. Big shout out to Marissa, who was SO ATTENTIVE while I tried on a ton of clothes during their summer sale. The one issue I do have is that the fitting rooms always seem to be dusty (as in, pretty big dust bunnies scattered throughout!). But other than that, a truly excellent shopping experience and one of my favorite stores in Williamsburg.

I came here on a Sunday afternoon during their opening festivities. I was expecting a long line, as the Soho store had long lines when they first opened. I guess that's what coming to Brooklyn does. You don't get the crazy crowd that Manhattan gets. There was no line outside and the checkout line was reasonable. There were definitely a good amount of people inside. Not too many, but enough. Nice store. Much more spacious than the Soho location, which means a little more inventory as well. I came to return some pants, and look at a few new items. The men's Uniform Collection is here, and nice to see in person. Also, the new women's short sleeve cashmere top, the new washed silk pieces, and the new bodysuits. All great to see in person.

Clean, and a pretty decent selection, though I prefer the Brooklyn store because it offers a larger variety of clothes. However, they offer complementary express shipping, so you don't have to wait too long for your latest Everlane must-have pieces

I had an enjoyable experience yesterday when shopping here. It was a bit busy but when asking for help a lovely young woman named Diamond was able to get me what I was looking for as well as suggest other different styles that would suit me best. Overall, I left here with a new pair of jeans I feel and look great in. I will definitely be back again!

Extremely frustrating time trying to purchase 2 items thru the website for curbside pickup. They have NO phone number and will only respond to texts. So, after 1.5 hours, they finally responded to my text, told me how to purchase and set items aside for me. I went to pick up the items curbside (which is an option they claim they offer on the website) and texted that i had arrived. I was double parked and I had told them ahead of time I wouldn't be able to enter the store and would be doing curbside. I waited and waited and now, 20 minutes later I'm still waiting for a reply and have to leave for a meeting. With no way of getting in touch with the store, I have to cancel the order. Awful experience!

A friend sent me a pair of Everlane pants that I didn't know I needed. And since no pants fit me anymore (my body type is commonly known as Spongebob Squarepants, ie not made for the modern, nipped, high waisted genre), I was p heartened that maybe there was a store for me after all. I cannot say enough kind words about Isabel who had no problem, and actually seemed totally excited and in my corner, about my trying on 25 pairs of pants. This is not hyperbole. In fact I may have tried on 30. This incredible person patiently brought me pair after pair, wash after wash, and gave me and honest read on each. The result was that I purchased 3 pairs of pants that I am totally stoked on. I haven't been stoked on pants in....ever? So go to Everlane and ask for Isabel.

I've been to the store, and it's great. Wonderful products and helpful service. I was super excited to order one of their products online. I never received my order from Everlane - not their fault, but their customer service was a huge problem. Nobody responds to the emailed contact form on the website. I got through immediately on FB messenger (why do I have to go through FB?) and the rep told me to wait three days to REALLY make sure the package showed up. This is after I had already waited three days to contact customer service because their website advised it, just in case a package was marked delivered prematurely. So now it's almost two weeks since the package was marked delivered, and Everlane is silent on FB, email, and IG. I will never order again since there is no way to get in touch. How can you offer online orders without any reliable contact?

Everlane is always pretty bougie so I don't even bother. Customer service here is terrible they don't even acknowledge you if you walk into the door and you look too casual. Beautiful space but also I have to stop shopping these because they don't support Union efforts. SUPPORT THE UNION!!!!!! I'm not an employee but I think it's terrible what they're doing.
