"Eva’s Bakery Chef and owner Charlie Perry spent many hours by his great-grandmother’s side as she shared her love of cooking with him. Her name was Eva Coombs, and Perryopened this boulangerie in her honor. While there are a few gluten-free options on the menu, they're limited to salads and the fruit-bowl sides. This is not a place that makes adjustments to its bread. The baker serves breakfast and lunch Monday through Saturday, and is open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sundays for brunch."

We went in with the intention of having just a coffee and a pastry, but man am I glad that we sat down and ordered! The quiche Lorraine is to die for and so is the croissant sandwich. Clay was our server and he did a great job. I also ordered a chocolate croissant and the mocha latte. Everything was fabulous and the atmosphere of this restaurant really feels like you're in France! I can't wait to take others here. (Also, I really appreciated the humor on the thermostat, I love that the staff likes to have a good time with their job)

The best breakfast I had in Salt Lake City during my stay here. This bakery is very cozy and the food quality is great. The latte and croissant were great and everything was freshly baked. Highly recommended for brunch and breakfast if you are in the area! It was crowded but the service was great and servers were fast. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options.

Eva Bakery 5/5 stars. The staff was nice and accommodating. Walking in is beautiful, the smell of bread and food walking through the cold winter air as you open the door. 😮‍💨🤤 We grab the Croissant Sandwich and chocolates pastries. The croissant was to good almost ordered a 2nd one. Came with light salad and slice potatoes. The chocolate pastries melt in your melt. 10/10 Highly recommend coming here after or before snowboarding or a date.

First time visiting SLC and this delightful cafe! The food was amazing, I had their stuffed French toast, and our waitress, Paige, was phenomenal!! This is a MUST visit eatery!! Even the biggest food critic would be impressed.

This place has been on my list since so long and it was all worth it. The very first look at the place gives you a chic vibe. The place is a bit crowded. We ordered vegetable quiche, brunch flatbread, croissant sandwich and French toast. The vegetable quiche was to die for. It’s very buttery and very authentic. Everything here was so good , especially the French toast. The service was friendly and good. The price is not too heavy on your pocket either. The only issue is with the parking

Really loved trying this restaurant for the first time. It’s got such a great atmosphere and our server was so nice! We came for brunch and ordered the croissant sandwich and the quiche. Both items were delicious! We’ll definitely be back.

Before ordering I felt menu is a bit pricey, but croissant sandwich was the best I ever had and totally worth $16. It also came with two sides! sides (salad and potato) were okay but nothing special. Definitely I recommend this place!
