Encantada Tulum

This was perfect for our honeymoon! It was quiet, private, clean, and very comfortable. We loved our room, and the beds were so comfortable! The deck furniture was awesome to lounge on. The beach and beach furniture is pristine. The food and drinks incredible. The staff were so incredibly friendly. You could ask any one of them for something, go to the front desk, or What’s App the front desk if you need something! We would definitely recommend.

Our stay at Encantada was an absolute DREAM! From the moment we checked in to when we checked out the Encantada Team was very attentive and made us all feel very welcomed. I’d like to give a huge thank you to both Isabel and Victoria for helping with dinner reservations, excursions and transportation!! They were always quick to respond and provided options and their recommendations, which was great! The entire wait staff and cleaning staff were amazing as well. Everyone was always smiling and very kind. |My Husband and I stayed in the garden view room (Flores). The room was beautiful and the bed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept on!! It was amazing! |Even though we stayed in the garden view room the beach was only a few steps away.|TIP: I would advise to not bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash or lotion as it is all provided with. And everything smelled so so good! I fell in love with the hand soap and lotions. |Even though it is nice to have breakfast in bed, I strongly recommend waking up early and heading to the deck to see the sunrise and having breakfast there afterwards. Speaking of breakfast, the breakfast was all delicious! I loved everything on the menu. Lunch selections were also very tasty. |Overall this has been the BEST vacation ever. It truly is a little private paradise. I hope to be back soon!!

We just returned home after staying at Encantada for 3 nights. The hotel and the staff were the highlight of our trip to Tulum. While there are many restaurants and clubs nearby, we ended up having many of our meals at the hotel’s beach deck. The breeze, privacy, view of the ocean and the wonderful staff made us feel it was not worth venturing out much. We had one of the ocean beach upper level rooms (Luna) and it was amazing!!! While it was not ocean front, we still had a wonderful view of the ocean and the palm trees swaying in the wind. The breeze in the balcony is indescribable. The staff at this property are amazing as they are genuinely interested in making your stay a memorable one. If you already made the decision to come to Tulum and want an intimate and papered vacation, do not hesitate and book your room. You won’t regret it.

Where do I start… this place was a dream all around! The location itself was beautiful beyond words could express. Staff were super attentive, food was good, room was clean, bed & pillows were clouds, literally! ||I want to start off by thanking concierge, Isabel & Victoria. Prior to arriving, they were extremely helpful setting up transportation from and to the airport, booking massages, & setting up dinner reservations. I personally dealt with Isabel more in person & she was a sweetheart overall. You do communicate with them via the WhatsApp, which made it super easy since my cellphone was with me at all times. ||Our room was Mar. Beach front view right next to the deck… It was the perfect location, perfect everything! If we do return I will dedicate pick the same room. It saved us from going up and down the stairs. The room was beautiful, clean, aesthetically appealing, & we got to see the sunrises from our bed! ||Food was okay. Breakfast was good overall, except on Sunday. Dont know if it was a different chef, but overall breakfast was pleasant. Lunch was okay. We didnt have dinner there since we had reservations at different local restaurants. My go to each morning was coffee, juice, fruit bowl, eggs bacon toast plate with a side of avocado toast. We mainly got served by Augustin & let me tell you…. He was such an amazing server!! Always on time, always helpful, always asking if we needed anything. Augustins customer service was superb & made our stay that MUCH special! Also All maintenance staff and cleaning girls were amazing!! I cannot stop raving about the entire experience! Every dollar spent was extremely well worth it!! ||Since the bed was like sleeping on clouds, we lifted the covers to see the brand (lol) they are based off Mexico City. Which works perfectly since my sister in law lives there. Even though we live in California, we are going to be ordering the same exact bed set (except mattress). I thought our bed back home was super comfortable, but Encantada proved us otherwise! ||Again, overall it was a 10/10 experience! Thank you to ALL staff!! We cannot wait to be back!! You guys were all amazing!! ||P.s|Our anniversary is in November. Even though we were here for my cousins wedding at NU, we wanted to also celebrate our 11yr anniversary & Encantada made it so special for us!! Mil gracias por todos los detalles!! ♥️

Great stay! My wife and I stayed at Encantada for 6 nights for our 1 Year Anniversary and it was a great stay! The concierge staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. They immediately respond to messages and were able to arrange bike rides, ATV rental, dinner reservations, and spa treatments for us! The wait staff was also very personable and friendly throughout and you start to recognize faces the longer you stay. The room was lovely, well-kept, and they took great care of it and even left us little treats on some days. They went above and beyond for our anniversary and left flowers on the bed plus champagne as well as balloons to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday weeks prior. It's right on the beach and an easy walk plus wonderful breakfast view every morning and breakfast was delicious too! We would definitely stay here again!

My friend and I loved our experience at Encantada in Tulum. We spent weeks trying to pick the right hotel by researching online and Encantada was 1000% the right decision. They were great about helping to arrange transportation for us to and from the Tulum airport. They also communicate on WhatsApp during your stay, so anytime you need anything (complimentary bikes, a margarita at your room or at the beach, etc.) they were on it and so helpful. The bed and room were very comfortable and perfect for what we needed. It was a beautiful space. We spent our mornings and evenings relaxing on the deck, overlooking the ocean. I also loved the free breakfast each morning and enjoyed getting to speak with everyone there while drinking coffee and eating the 3-4 course meal. Isabella, both Oscars, Eric, Juan Carlos, Carlos, Pandito, etc. made our stay so special and felt like friends/family by the end. Thank you all for such a special experience while we were in Tulum. The hospitality was above and beyond! We will be back. Te veré de nuevo.

We really enjoyed our stay Encantada! Isabel was so helpful! Was a perfect end to our trip being able to relax and take in the beautiful views. The food was amazing. And they even brought my husband a lil cake for his bday and put some decorations up in our room !

My stay at Encantada is the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! The space itself is absolutely gorgeous, but what makes this hotel extra special is the beautifully warm and kind staff who work here :) every single detail is thought out to make the guest experience seamless and relaxing. The food was delicious, and the beach is breathtaking. Can’t wait to come back!!
