I had an absolutely fabulous experience with Lidia for my fire and ice facial! She was incredibly professional and thorough, making sure every detail of the treatment was perfect. Her technique was amazing and it was clear she has extensive knowledge about skincare and the process. She explained everything so well, which made me feel completely comfortable and informed. My skin feels and looks incredible! I highly recommend Lidia to anyone looking for a top-notch facial experience.

I have been an EF Medispa client for several years now but didn’t venture further than one common simple treatment; however I have worked hard since the covid lockdowns to transform myself physically by loosing a lot of weight because being heavy affected my confidence. After losing weight I still felt quite unconfident with how I looked and discussed options with Edyta my therapist. I’ve since had several other non invasive treatments and my skin has never looked better. Edyta, my therapist is absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and takes her time to understand my skin, facial structure etc and this is taken into consideration during treatments as well as when I am considering additional treatments - I am always given honest advice, which is important and shows she cares and isn’t just looking for me to spend. I’ve always had an interest in beauty and the science behind treatments so it’s great discussing this with Edyta too. She is always attentive, very polite, friendly, smiles all of the time, is always happy and above all provides an exceptional service. I hope she stays forever, as I am definitely her customer for life haha. I am also really happy Zoe the treatment advisor works there. Zoe is ever so friendly, willing to help and only offers advice that is suitable for me as a client; this is important as I imagine some clinics would only be interested in making money rather than having their clients best interests at heart. I can see myself being a client at EF Medispa Kensington forever; they are just like an extension to my family, love them and I really look forward to my treatments!

Staff was very nice. The laser hair removal was done a soprano machine and it was painless and great results.

Recently, I treated myself to a dermapen session at this medical spa, and the results have been nothing short of phenomenal. My skin texture has greatly improved, and I’ve received numerous compliments on how refreshed I look. A special shout-out to Zoe, Edyta, and Julia who provided exemplary service and attentiveness throughout the process. Their professionalism and dedication to patient care is truly commendable. Edyta Kokoszka (my beautician) is super friendly and considerate to my skin needs. Completely transformed my skin in a short period of time and couldn’t be happier with her work. Would definitely recommend her!!

Do NOT get treatments done here, they offered me 3 derma-pen treatments for £1,500, which is ridiculous! I am now paying £600 for 6 derma-pen treatments somewhere else! This place is a scam and will offer you whatever price they think they can get away with. They took advantage of my lack of experience and knowledge with these types of treatments but luckily I did some research first and didn’t go in blindly. The woman who offered me this price clearly gets benefits and bonuses trying to rip poor, unsuspecting people off. Would not recommend to my worst enemy

I started a treatment package with the EF Medispa Kensington Clinic a few months ago and wanted to give an honest and hopefully helpful review of my experience. From my initial consultation with Zoe, my treatment sessions with Aleksandra and help from Tayla with requested changes to bookings I have made, I have found them all to be super knowledgeable, helpful and professional. All 3 of these lovely ladies have demonstrated the highest level of customer service and I always feel so welcomed when I attend my treatments. The clinic is very stylish, immaculately clean and has such a warm ambience. And the treatment that I am undertaking works really well. I’m pleased with the results so far. If you’re considering getting beauty treatments then you should most definitely check out what EF Medispa Kensington have to offer!

AVOID EF Medispa! They are super unprofessional and disorganised! I’ve been asking politely 10 times to give me the reimbursement for the UNCOMPLETED PROCEDURES as the treatments that been advised by the doctor made a horrific bad influence on me. Obviously excuses,excuses. Nobody got in touch,just giving empty promises. I warned the medical consultant about my concerns and it turned out these treatments instead of making me looking better,just caused more problems in return.. I’m still waiting for the reimbursement,please do it immediately.
