Eduardo's Beach Shack

We came to Eduardo’s Beach Shack a couple times during our Aruba stay. We tried the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl and the tofu poke bowl, they were tasty and came with pineapple, mango, tuna, seaweed salad, rice, etc. They use a lot of plain salad mix (iceberg lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes 😂) to “fluff up” (add volume) to the bottom half of the bowls so they look more full. We noticed the same with the smoothies and acai, lots of ice/milk for volume so they’re not super flavorful, but good in a pinch if you need something in your stomach to start your beach day.

Wasn’t my favorite açai bowl. It didn’t have much flavor and the little flavor there was consisted of a milky taste vs a sweet taste. Every açai I’ve had has had some sort of sweet taste to it rather than a milky taste. The presentation was beautiful and the strawberry was fresh, but I didn’t like the açai mix. I ordered the mermaid one as a reference. It’s also conveniently located on the beach.

Delicious açai bowl! We went there every morning for our breakfast and every bowl was different but delicious! 10/10

A must try while soaking up sun on the beach! We walked over from our beach chairs and both got the Eduardo's special. The fruit was fresh and plentiful. The flavors all complimented each other nicely. We're looking forward to going back!

Wow this was delicious. We went for lunch and got the Aloha Poke Bowl (vegan!!) and an acai bowl with fresh fruit and granola. Absolutely delicious and healthy lunch right on the beach. New favourite spot in Aruba! Will be back for breakfast.

Right on the beach at Palm Beach. I had the Avo sandwich, it was just ok. My bread was a little burned The smoothie was great. Great views of the beach. It’s located right outside of a resort at the beach.

Perfect place to grab an acai bowl or smoothie and go sit at the beach Everything is fresh and delicious. I got the waffles, a juice, and a cold brew really enjoyed would return.

Eduardo's came highly recommended from a friend, and I see why! The Açai Bowl, the Smoothie, the PokéBowl: all incredibly fresh and incredibly delicious!! Try for breakfast or lunch, you can't beat the view as you eat it either. So many menu items to try, it's gonna take more than one trip.
