This restaurant is a hidden gem! Visited there because we wanted to try the Izakaya course. Totally worth it!!
The food is amazing. My favorites are Harami and Mentaiko pasta, and of course sea-salted sake ice-cream at the end wins the best! Drinks are pretty good too. (I ordered Tokyo Mojito and my friend got Snow White)
Loved the service, got served by a lovely server who is very attentive and friendly.
There were many seats around when we got there around 5:15pm on Saturday evening. But it's recommended to make reservations in order to get a table.

Haraheri is a fantastic spot for casual Japanese dining with a touch of fusion. The ingredients are impressively fresh, which immediately sets it apart. While not a high-end fine dining establishment, the quality of the dishes surpasses that of many average restaurants.
The sashimi salad and Atlantic salmon sashimi were fantastic and refreshing dishes—both were premium quality and presented nicely. Wasabi is fresh, and they offer gluten-free soy sauce. The chicken and cauliflower karaage were perfectly crispy and juicy, with a savory taste that’s hard to beat. The lobster pasta and truffle udon also offered a great balance of Japanese and Western flavors.
Kai led our table service who, along with the team, was attentive and patient, especially in accommodating my dietary restrictions. Their effort didn’t go unnoticed and added to the overall experience.
Located on a rooftop deck, the ambiance is modern, clean, and cozy, with fire tables creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. It’s a unique take on a Japanese izakaya—casual yet refined, with prices that are practical for the quality offered.
Highly recommend this place for fresh, authentic Japanese food with a twist. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Nice izakaya with a very lovely selection of tasty tapas - all very well made! Wide drink selection as well, overall friendly service in a very relaxing environment. Their tasting courses are a high recommend :)

food was absolutely delicious and considering the price, the portions are quite generous !! would recommend the cauliflower karaage, bang bang chicken salad, and assorted oden to start, and depending on how many people there are, the mentaiko aglio e olio and harami are great warm dishes to share. our waiter was also able to give great recommendations and truly made my friends and i’s dining experience enjoyable. the indoor and outdoor seating is spacious and the whole restaurant atmosphere screams date night vibes !!

Very disappointed!
Got a totally different dining experience this time :
Went there for an early lunch but started to be really noisy with customers talking all around - tables were a bit too close to each other making the environment not very comfortable.
We ordered the Haraheri Bento Box (w. Wagyu Hamburg Steak), and a Wagyu Hamburg Steak set. OMG.... we have never had such a chewy, hard to swallow beef burgers before, not to mention they were made with Wagyu beef! This main dish only deserved one star. The other side dishes & miso soups were ok therefore I gave an overall 3 stars for food.
I hope the Management can take the issues into consideration and make improvements. It was a pity I strongly recommend visiting this restaurant last time.

We got the izakaya tasting menu. The service was slow but they were nice and accommodating. The chicken karaage was chewy and oily, but the ebi mayo was amazing. The pasta was too fishy for my taste so I could not eat it. The rest of the foods were okay, though I wished they were lighter with the salt. Overall okay experience.

This restaurant serves one of the best chicken karaage in town. It is equally impressive, with juicy, tender meat and a perfectly crispy coating. Mentaiko Aglio e Olio is really good as well The pasta is creamy, rich, and packed with flavor—definitely a must-try. Plus, the beer is cheap and comes in huge portions. I recommend going for the mega size—it’s worth it!

Been coming to this place for months at least once a week since I’ve discovered it! The ambience is so…Zen. I always receive top notch service and needless to say, food is always fresh and delicious. Visiting here helps me to de-stress during the hectic work day. It’s truly just like an oasis situated in the heart of the downtown core, amidst all the skyscrapers! A real gem.
