I had a nice shopping experience when I visited. The staff don’t speak English well but nothing to complain. She offered free sample as well. When I got home I still want to get more chocolate, but the store’s website don’t work. May I ask is there a way to order online?

The shop at Avenue d'Ouchy is degrading. Today I went there after two years to buy chocolate for my guests and was surprised by the unfriendly and inattentive service. The staff were busier arranging shelves than helping me, conversing with me over their shoulder in "don't bother me" manner. I'm curious to know whether the managers are aware of this behavior. If you want to retain remaining customers, consider hiring someone more used to Swiss quality and service.

This place offers the option to go to the back of the store and learn first hand how chocholate seeets are done. The sweets are incredibly good and the experience is worth the cost. If you are shocked by the cost of the sweets, please keep in mind that it is chocolate ethically sourced and of the greatest quality.

A bit pricey but absolutely delicious. I go there regularly to buy some chocolates as gifts.
