I visited DubuHaus with my family after traveling for spring break. We were all craving for authentic Korean food and after some googling we found out that a new tofu place (that actually makes their own tofu) opened in Koreatown and decided to take a try with a few friends.
We started off with the gogi mandu which was a great hit with the kids. We then ordered white rice, braised short ribs and the yellow croaker for the kids and nutritious rice, bossam, budae soondubu, spicy pork & dubu for the adults. We also had some makgeoli (rice wine) to compliment the meal and dubu ice cream to finish off.
Overall the food was really good. We highly recommend short ribs if visiting with kids. The meat was tender and easy to chew on and the sauce was really good that my daughter decided to make her own version of bibimbap adding the sauce, mushrooms and meat to her rice and mixing it up. My husband and I really enjoyed the budae soondubu, bossam and especially the nutritious rice which is hard to find outside of Korea. The tofu was fresh and flavorful with texture unlike other tofu places. The dubu ice cream that came out for dessert was a delight as well. We didn't notice until the end that it wasn't vanilla but in fact tofu.
Anyway, we would come again especially with groups of friends with different dietary restrictions(vegan) or looking for authentic Korean food.

Dubuhaus just opened and it’s already one of my new favorite spots. I tried the Spicy Braised Dubu and it was amazing — the pork belly was super tender, and the tofu soaked up all the spicy, savory goodness of the sauce. It had just the right kick without being overwhelming. I also ordered the Maesaengi Oyster Soondubu, which was really fresh and comforting, with juicy oysters and soft tofu floating in a light, clean broth. Both dishes felt super homey but still really special. The vibe inside is cozy and chill, and you can tell they really care about the quality of their food. Definitely planning to come back and try more!

Hard to find a place that nails both clean, home-style Korean food and beautiful design — but DubuHaus does it. The banchan kept me reaching for more, and dubu soft serve was great, not-too-sweet finish. Loved how they use tofu in such a diverse, Korean way.
Recommend the mago dubu, maesaengi soondubu, and braised short ribs🤎

Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Dubuhaus, a recently established tofu specialty restaurant within the Korean-American community. Notably, Dubuhaus is owned by the same individual as Howoo, a renowned high-end Korean barbecue establishment.
The ambiance at Dubuhaus exuded a chic and sophisticated atmosphere. The culinary offerings were exceptional. Notably, Dubuhaus prepares its tofu daily in-house, resulting in a dish that was bursting with flavor and possessing an exquisite texture. Unlike other tofu restaurants, Dubuhaus does not use MSG. They also offer unique and innovative soondubu options that I had not encountered before.
The quality of the ingredients used in the dishes is truly remarkable.
The service was exceptional.
I will return to this restaurant in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Dubuhaus to anyone who enjoys Korean food and tofu.

Came in with high hopes after loving Howoo, and honestly, this place blew me away. The tofu dishes were packed with flavor-so good! They make all their tofu fresh in-house every day, which is wild. Everything tasted super authentic but looked really nice too. You can tell they really care about using quality ingredients, and I love that there's no MSG —it all just felt really clean and wholesome.
The spicy braised, oyster soondubu and nutritious kettle pot rice with all the banchans were total standouts. But all other dishes with all so yummy. And that tofu ice cream at the end? Perfect way to wrap things up. I'm already planning to come back every week... maybe even more than that.
