Every thing was fresh and yummy I ORDERED 4pc wing Dinner wit Mac n cheese, Candied yams and added collard greens, & mac salad...I'm happy bout my order, very good and definitely recommended when u want some good ole comfort food....ordered from UberEats delivery was fast and food came fresh and Good..

Was recommended by my coworkers. Place was clean and the staff was very friendly. Had the fried chicken, collard greens and coleslaw. The chicken was really tasty, the collards 🔥🔥and the coleslaw was mehh didn't have much dressing but overall it was good.

Chicken was cooked well but had no flavor collard greens taste like water and the yams had next to nothing sugar idk if I caught them on a bad day but no bueno

My sister ordered wings and deviled eggs for new year's party. The wings looked fresh, plump and moist... the deviled eggs were a hit. I can personally say I coulda ate the entire platter by myself, but didn't! They have good covid protocol. Only 5 in store at a time. Looks like a lot of folks taking advantage of calling ahead.

I've loved their coleslaw and chicken livers, not to mention the deviled eggs. I've been coming here for decades. Nothing much as far as atmosphere. Kinda' get your food and leave type place. Wanna be an authentic BBQ place: put smoked brisket and pork belly on your menu while you're at it.

Had the pleasure of going here with my son today and I drove from New Britain and it was well worth the drive and then some had the four piece 2 drums 2 thighs with Mac & cheese and yams my son had the same but with 4 whole wings both only 13 bucks each after tax everything was 🔥🔥🔥 before leaving got side order of collard greens $5 and 8 whole wings for only $13 their prices are fantastic and food is amazing they definitely passed my expectations and will be pulling back up often🎯💯

Very clean place. Surprised the food came out so quick. Food was okay. The yams tasted like they were straight out a can. Located on a very busy street. A year later: Went to try the place again and definitely the staff needs re-training the girl seem bothered that we wanted to place an order after we looked at the menu. The yams need more sauce and the Mac and cheese had no cheese.
