Dreamland Beach

It was so sad to see this paradise destroyed by trash all around and local people ignoring it and asking you to pay 500k for a sun bed with all the trash around. Furthermore, be careful entering the street side there are locals asking you to pay a fee to enter but I think it's a tourist trap because on the other side of the river you can go back and forth without any fee. It's the first time in my life experiencing this, no Dreamland here. Avoid this place!

This place was tricky to find. Thankfully a local lady was kind enough to guide me, I wasn’t overly impressed to begin with but as the surfers arrived, I started to realise the beauty of this unique and tight little spot. I came for surfing and I eventually got it. So thank you to those guys, they made my day.

The beach is extremely polluted, littered with trash, pieces of wood, coconuts, broken umbrellas, and old sunbeds. To make matters worse, there’s a river or drainage canal emptying directly onto the beach, which adds to the unpleasantness. The surrounding buildings are dilapidated and falling apart, creating an even more unappealing atmosphere. They charge an entrance fee for this beach, but I refused to pay, as the experience was absolutely appalling. I can’t imagine paying for such a place. Perhaps it looks better during the high season, but during this time of year, it was one of the most disgusting beach experiences I’ve ever had on Bali. I wouldn’t recommend this beach to anyone.

Currently lots of rubbish is being washed up, doesn't look safe to swim. It is $2 entry so not much but not worth it. There's a river flowing into the sea which is very brown and dirty. Very sad as it looks like it can be a beautiful beach if it was cleaned up.

This is a small beach with a restricted view. There were local restaurants and sacks but the place could be better in terms of cleanliness.

Currently very dirty beach. I have heard that this is one of the best beaches in Uluwatu, unfortunately right now it does not look great - lots of dirt for some reason. You can rent bed for 150-200k, entrance is 5,000. Not many bars in there. I would recommend to go to Melasti beach, as it is much cleaner and well maintained comparing to this beach

We can at 8 am, high tide and styrofoam everywhere close to the entrance and the stream leading into the ocean. The WARUNG is not open yet so everyone is just getting set up even the chairs Surf instructors are ready we bargain to 800k for 2 pax 2 hours The waves were gentle for beginners like me Instructor is patient and very hands on Get a Bintang with them right after We were at the mercy of the waves yes— so within an hour we had a lot of gentle waves So if you want like a theme park style you can keep going wave after wave— better check with the locals about swells and also I notice it more exciting during a low tide hehe BUT THE WATER was so clear and warm And not super salty and gross It’s beautiful water while we were paddling

Sad to visit and discover there is excessive garbage (including trash on the beach that has been washed in or left by tourists, and bags of garbage sitting around that seem they’re going to be burned, we saw one garbage pile being burned right on the edge of the beach...), a dirty looking river that runs into the beach, and a vibe that feels run down and unfriendly. I suggest visiting other beaches in the area instead! The water is beautiful and warm but the rest was a big disappointment. Also people, please pack out your garbage with you when you leave! If you do visit, please help clean it up 😢
