I came here for dinner with my girl friends and it was a nice dining experience. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed our dishes however the portions are quite small compared to its high prices. They have a unique and entertaining way of celebrating a customer's birthday. The vibes are fun and upbeat with loud music and dimmed lights. They also got a good variety of cocktails.

This was the 3rd upscale Indian restaurant I visited during this trip and I am afraid to say it was quite disappointing! We ordered Masala Chai which tasted like it was made earlier in the day but that can be ignored then we ordered paneer tikka, Yoghurt Kebab & Chicken tikka. Paneer tikka was very chewy and yoghurt kebab was alright. My friend who was eating chicken tikka mentioned it was alright nothing worth raving. Then we ordered aunty ki Daal & uncle ki daal and both were very ordinary. One thing which we noticed in the open kitchen they have is most of the curry stuff is precooked and kept in the containers. Tandoor items are cooked fresh. Vibe is good but food is not worth the price you are paying. Madam Ji is top notch amongst the 3 I visited. Foreign return is the worst. This one is in the middle.

I had the papadum chips, a mocktail, tandoori chicken, and a garlic Naan. All of the food was delicious and fresh with great flavor. I thought the prices were also reasonable and service was decently fast.

Came here for a friend's birthday with their $99 bottomless brunch. The food and cocktails were amazing! Every dish was absolutely delicious and decadent - each full of unique complex flavours. They were all presented really beautifully with editable flowers. Service was good with them even coming out in song to wish all the birthday people. Everything was great except for one incident. We had our booking from 11:30am for our two hour session but we didn't get served anything until 12:00nn. We were then told that we had to give up the table by 1:30pm even before our desserts were served. We missed out on an additional drink as we weren't served for our first 30 minutes.

Is salt a spice? You'd think I'd know, being a chef and all...if it is, then this place is a spice temple. The other spices make a quality appearance. But they play in a background of Dead Sea (i.e., salty) sauces. The lamb hasn't been simmered anywhere near enough to dissemble into its sauce and is the wrong cut for the task, lean and (i suspect) scared witless in line before its final moments. The Dahl had good flavours, behind the salt, but very few lentils on offer. L'al Quila does a much better job. The naan are great quality, though small for the price. The service is charming as can be and almost unnervingly quick. None of its bad, and if you drink enough water, you may get through the salt.

This is hands down my favorite Indian restaurant in Sydney!! The food is so tasty and service very prompt and friendly! Shout out to the crispy cauliflower and the chili cheese naan bread! They are so delicious!! The only downside is probably the atmosphere -a little too noisy- and the music that’s way too “pop” and it just doesnt feel right. I usually come here at dont tell aunty atleast once every two weeks! I just cant get over it! Well done to the owner and the whole team for these great results! :)

Our favourites were crispy cauliflower, chicken tikka masala, and tandoori chicken. Lamb tikka masala was a bit tough. The kadhi was good as well. All are expensive though, and small serving size but we found 6 dishes (3 starters, 3 mains) we ordered were enough for 6 of us.

The food was great! We paid 78 AUD pp for the basic tasting menu which came with 4 appetizers and a bit of 6 curries. The appetizers were great, not pictured are the papdi shots and tandoori chicken. I highly recommend the tandoori chicken and the rest of the appetizers. The curry platter was a good tasting experience but I recommend trying it once and then ordering what you like. The service was phenomenal and our servers were rockstars .

Very cool vibe!! The wait staff and the food was wonderful. Not your typical Indian restaurant...which is exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommended, we will be back!

Had a regrettable experience at this highly recommended restaurant. While the food may be decent, the service was a major letdown. Staff seemed disinterested and unengaged, failing to provide the level of hospitality expected from a top-rated restaurant. Improvement needed in customer service.

The ambience of the restaurant is hip and trendy. However, the food is not better than the typical Indian restaurants and it was way overpriced. The curry pots were teeny tiny and the naan was so thin it was crispy and not fluffy and soft.

A absolutely superb in every way. We went there for the first time last week and we blown away. Impeccable service and a very nice and airy large semi-industrial space that still feels comfortable. The service was impeccable, they have a full bar and the food out of this world. In particular the appetizers. If I were to die while eating their "crispy balls" (cannot remember their exact name) I would die a happy man. A must
