Don Sanchez Restaurant

Was highly recommended, beautiful atmosphere, nice service from most staff. Primary service person did not know the menu well when we asked him to describe couple of things. My wife’s octopus was great . My daughter and I each had brisket with risotto, sadly too salty to even eat. My wife was surprised by this because I usually salt my food a lot! A friend was at another table , had same thing and also didn’t eat hers. Politely mentioned to waiter and didn’t even get a response . Nobody cared in the least that nobody was able to eat it. Very expensive , 20 dollars for two tiny appetizer tacos. I would eat here again but a few details need to be sorted. Nice presentation and people overall

Hands down the best meal we enjoyed on our trip to Cabo. The atmosphere was extremely inviting, with lovely live music. The servers were extremely courteous and attentive. They explained all the dishes very well and clearly knew everything about the days’ menu. Now to the food! Each dish was so different and a delight to consume. There were also surprise tiny bites before each course so we ended up with a 6 course dinner. Will definitely be on our itinerary for our next trip!

Great meal, great service. We had the zucchini blossoms, octopus entre, and duck mole. Each dish was better than the next. Finished with the chocolate pinata. Decor and soft live music as well. I do highly recommend this if you are in the San Jose area.

An amazing culinary adventure totally worth the price! Wonderful ambience and excellent service. The desert consisting of dark chocolate mousse topped with foie gras and accompanied by local chèvre cheese with honey is a symphony to the senses. At the end of the dinner the chief and owner came to ask us in person whether we have been happy with the meals and service. This restaurant should win a Michelin star!

Incredible food and service. Our waiter was absolutely top notch and made our experience at the restaurant very comfortable and inviting. As we were leaving, it felt like we were family. Also wonderful live music. The menu had many options and each were fantastic! The brisket was incredible! The entire family was delighted with their meals. Definitely the best meal we have ever had in Cabo! If you are looking for a fun culinary experience ask for the Mexican coffee!

We had the most amazing culinary experience at Don Sánchez. We came to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was fantastic. I can’t even describe the level of service and food we received - it was the best meal of our lives. We had a group of 6 and tried 7 appetizers, 5 main courses, 3 desserts, and too many drinks to count (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). There wasn’t a single dish I wouldn’t get again! The tableside Cesar salad and duck mole where among our favorite dishes, but honestly we would have gotten anything we ordered again - it was all SO GOOD.
