make sure you google the brand of everything you pick up here….. made the mistake of picking up a “vintage” purse here just to find it on amazon listed as a “vintage style leather bag” complete with “faux-weathered hardware” to appear more vintage. this item was made in 2023. i paid $20 more than the price on amazon and was denied a refund. definitely weary on returning to dolly because now i suspect many of the things they sell are not be true vintage as they claim to be.

I visited this store 10 years ago and I still remember it! It had an awesome array of everything! My favorite was there expansive collection of records. Let's just say my suitcase was extra heavy going back to NY! Lol

Dolly Python Vintage If you haven't shopped at Dolly Python Vintage in Dallas, Tx on N Haskell Ave you need to get there right away. It's the most fun I had in a long time. Gretchen, the owner is personable, customer focused and knowledgeable. I believe these are qualities this beauty young lady would have in any industry she was in. The staff at Dolly Python Vintage is warm and ready to help. I liked that they welcome the customers in. You can find all kinds of vintage and antique items such as lighting, wonderful jewelry, suits from Neiman Marcus and other major brands, along with cowboy boots and shoes, real hats from back in the day, belts, handbags, pictures, magazines and more--all vintage and antique items. There are lots of odd gifts for that hard to buy for person. It's something there for everyone. I haven't been excited to shop in quite sometime. This place makes me smile.

We are hard core antique shoppers. We have shopped at hundreds of antique shops all over the country, and this is second on our list of all time favorite shops. We come here about twice a month and we NEVER walk out empty handed. In fact, we normally have to reel ourselves in because if we didn’t, we would have bankrupted ourselves in this store long ago. Do yourself a favor— come here. Allow yourself to get lost. I promise you will find something—probably many things— that tickles your fancy. I would give this place ten stars if I could!

We loved the staff and all the wonderful clothing, boots, etc... The front of Dolly Python toward the Goodwill store looks so bad. It's not at all welcoming or giving any hint of the goodness inside. The windows need straightening and cleaning.

Lots of really cool and neat stuff. Not the typical antique store. They had lots of neat and unique items including clothes. They also have new handmade items like earrings, keychains, stickers, etc. They have preserved animal bones which were super cool! We loved the unique blend of items and spent a lot of time here. It is also set up very well- not too crowded either. Only issue was the prices are unreasonably high on a lot of the items. Some were decently priced, some were a little more pricy than a typical antique/thrift store. Most of the store was far overpriced, particularly the clothes. Most are pretty unique pieces- some old, some costume, lots of cowboy boots. Overall, I likely will return when I visit Dallas again, but it's not affordable.
