Dog & Fox (Hotel)

The Dog & Fox in Wimbledon Village is situated in an ideal location. It is perfect for a walk around the village and Wimbledon Common or to walk down the hill to Wimbledon itself. Transport links are great too! The bedrooms are comfy & spacious with all the facilities needed for a few days away. It is also handy to have the restaurant and bar downstairs for a delicious meal or to sit at or near the bar for a few drinks! We will definitely return. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable! 😊

I stayed for five nights while on business locally and was very comfortable. The room was well equipped and comfortable, and I was surprised to find it so quiet when the hotel fronted on to a busy road. The staff were particularly courteous and helpful: once I had eaten breakfast the server remembered what I liked.|I dined there on two evenings and was very happy with the service. I was eating alone amidst a variety of Christmas gatherings but I never felt overlooked. Staff were also very quick to find a solution when I had a problem with the wi-fi.

We stayed to attend the wedding celebrations of our daughter and now son in law at the hotel. All of staff we interacted with were very professional, attentive and a delight to interact with. Great breakfast offering with plenty of choice and good quality. Room was gorgeous and very pleasantly quiet given the location. Highly recommend having an event there and mooching around the locale too.

What a great small Hotel - with so many hotels being bland and looking the same it is a delight to stay in a hotel full of its own character. Rooms decorated to a high standard, very clean and warm. Great value compared with other locations. Breakfast and lunch had a good choice - I will be returning

We hired the Coach House for a staff celebration in November. The support from Riley and the team from the beginning was incredible. There was no request too small and the attention to detail to bring our vision to reality was second to none. Staff helped with catering and drinks arrangements, as well as support with decorating the venue. The food was amazing - so much so that there wasn't anything left. Our staff are stull talking about this party, and no doubt will talk about it for a long time to come. We cannot thank Riley enough and highly recommend The Coach House to anyone who is looking for a special night and to celebrate in style with an exceptional team of staff. Thank you Riley and team - we couldn't have done it without you.

'lovely welcoming pub-we stayed on a Sunday and had a room with small terrace. Room was great but probably need to sort Sky TV out as it hardly worked. I love that they serve Sunday roast all day and it was cracking. Morning fry up was incredibly tasty too. Will definitely return. Really great location.

Excellent location in centre of Wimbledon village. No dedicated parking so can be time consuming.|Rooms spacious & beds comfortable. Our room was a little dark due to not enough overhead lighting. |Classy bathroom products & powerful shower|Internet poor.|Staff excellent especially the Italian restaurant manager at breakfast which was excellent both mornings with extensive choice freshly prepared on the hot menu.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay there. The location was great as we were surrounded by many quality restaurants and quaint little shops. The area was very nice and peaceful. The bed was soooo comfortable. Just a tiny thing was that I wish the shower was more waterproof. We also had one breakfast at the hotel and the food and service was amazing. Do try the pea and mushroom sausage… I still want more!
