"In the heart of the village is the famous Dog & Fox pub, the perfect pitstop after walking down the steep hill from the courts. Things get lively in the evening and it’s been known to attract some famous tennis faces dancing on the tables."

Had a great stay for 3 nights while working away from my usual office. This pub and hotel is full of character, making it a great venue for a relaxing drink or for dinner. The food was excellent and my room was lovely too. Would definitely stay here again. Only reason I gave 4 stars for location is that’s it a walk up a fairy steep hill from Wimbledon tube and train station.

I stay at the Dog & Fox every couple months or so on business, and it's my 'go-to' hotel in Wimbledon.||As you would expect, tennis is a theme throughout the hotel. However, the rooms are individually designed and of various shapes and sizes which makes a nice change from the box room hotels of the major brands that I often use.||I find the beds are really comfy and the bathrooms are great. WiFi throughout the hotel seems to be no problem either.||The breakfast options are great - I always go for the Eggs Benny - and there's an abundant supply of pastries, juice and hot drinks.||The staff team are very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and they are all very friendly.||In all, I can't recommend the Dog & Fox enough. It's ideally located in the middle of the village and not too far a walk from the train station

One of the best experiences I've had in a long time. The room was super spacious and beautiful. Super comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and just great service. Also had an amazing breakfast selection there. Everything was super fresh and wonderful. Amazing coffee, eggs, full English breakfast. Everything. ||Even did a dinner with family the one night I was there and it was so phenomenal. We were all so impressed with everything that we were talking about how we'd come back for sure and would definitely consider staying here again when I'm in the area again.

This time we (mother&daughter) decided to not stay in central London, but try a different location when we looked for a nice place to stay.||We enjoyed to discover Wimbledon village: It was easy to go to London with public transport (despite the strike) and we truly enjoyed being back at the Dog&Fox in the evening in a very comforting and relaxed setting.||The room was great (enough space and a very nice bathroom!) and beautifully furnished.||We had dinner in the pub a couple times and loved it - another night we just went down for a last drink and a small snack which was also perfect!||We even prolonged the stay. We will certainly come back - to the Dog&Fox, but we also have some appetite to try their hotels on the countryside.

Great location: heart of the village. We had a lovely few days catching up with family and friends. Our room was so comfortable and clean. We’d like to thank one member of staff particularly and that is Kelsey; she was really helpful, friendly and professional . We will stay here again.

Great location & nice room, but parking nearby is a real problem. On the downside, the toilet had no seat cover which in my view is not hygienic, and with the lights from the smoke alarm, air conditioner console and tv on standby mode for me there was a bit too much light pollution in the room (living in the country I'm used to total darkness). Staff were very friendly & helpful. It's not cheap, but it's London.

The location is great, the atmosphere in the restaurant/bar area is fabulous but it is the staff who go the extra mile to make me welcome. The bedrooms are squirky and make you smile when you arrive. Food is always great.

Stayed here for a night during Wimbledon season - it was amazing! The staff were so accommodating and sweet, the bars and restaurants were great, and it’s literally in the middle of town and all the action. It’s a bit pricey, but to be expected during peak season. I could walk to the tournament, all the shops and the train station. Could not be more convenient!
