Deux Frères

The food was overall delicious! Especially the croquetas, which were really tasty! The chorizo on the funny pig plate wasn’t as special as I expected, but everything else was flavorful. The cocktails were great, and the wine recommendation was spot on. Plus, the staff was super friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better!

Deux Frères Tapas Bar is an absolute gem! The food was incredible – every dish was packed with flavour, beautifully presented, and perfect for sharing. The menu had a great variety, and everything we tried was top-notch. The atmosphere was just as impressive – cool, vibrant, and inviting. It’s the kind of place where you can relax with friends, enjoy great food, and soak in the energy of the space. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. Went there with a group of friends and had a great time. The wine selection was great to go with the rest of the menu which didn't have any misses. Best tapas I've had so far in Sydney. The chorizo was my favourite. Looking forward to going back here.

Honestly as a basque person living in Australia I had the best time and yummiest food that took me back home when I took my family to Deux Freres! The food was absolutely amazing, our servers (sorry for butchering the names) but I think it Lali and Ange were always on top of everything. Making sure our drinks were filled and we were satisfied with our food. Honestly an amazing time all together!! Will definitely be back xx

Good food, just don't come here if you're hungry or have anything scheduled after your meal. The wait staff are extremely friendly and hospitable, and the overall ambience of the restaurant is amazing. However the wait time for food is absolutely atrocious. It's as if it's Hell Kitchen inside the kitchen, with Gordon Ramsey sending every dish back. We sat down at 7:30pm, and got our appetisers at around 8:10pm. Then we waited a whopping 45 minutes for our mains to arrive: just a plate of grilled squid and asparagus. The table next to us who arrived almost 20 minutes later got their squid nearly 10 minutes before us. To top it off, the portions are small. We wanted to order more dishes halfway through waiting, but didn't as we didn't know if they'd arrive before the restaurant closed.

Me and my boyfriend came here from Perth and get recommended by friend. The foods and service here was just amazing. Loved the prawns and steak the most, would definitely come back next time visiting Sydney. It was very happy to meet all the staffs, Lou, Arnaud, Romane, Celia, Enzo and Lilou. They were very welcoming and always with a smile throughout my whole dining experience.

my highlight was the prawns, wagyu & cheescake! don't eat here when you're hungry though, portions are very small. staff were so amazing and friendly!

Great experience. The food were exceptional, full of flavors and beautifully presented. Must try the froie gras with brioche, spicy garlic prawn, and the chorizo. The service was outstanding, with the waitress Celia's friendliness it made the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place.
