Del Toro Shoes

Ive bought many pairs of DT at full price online and at retailers so I jumped at the sight of a discounted sample sale online. Ordered two pairs of shoes and was notified a pair wasn't the size I wanted. So they compensated me by letting me choose not one but TWO other pairs from the sample sale at no extra charge. These shoes retail at $350. As always a great company with awesome design. ONLY problem was the shipping was slow.

My daughter bought a pair of Del Toro pony hair cheetah print shoes there, the ink is fading on the print and only worn 2 times. WTH? .They have terrible cutomer service [using terrible]better use of this word in order not to use a profanity after the worst spent $350 .You can get better quality shoes at Payless. Save your money. Can't even exchange because they won't even return multiple emails or answer calls.SHAME ON THEM. What kind of business are you running????

If I could give a lower review I would, this company deserves -20 stars. Ordered a pair of shoes, they never shipped, the company is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of, they dont respond to emails, phone calls or Instagram posts. Actually, funny enough, the owner is such a puss he blocked me from Instagram. DO NOT do business with this company.

The staff at FL is helpful in selecting a good fitting shoe. I've shopped here twice and it's my preferred athletic shoe shop.

Love this place. Unique, quality, handmade Italian shoes. The guy working in the store was super helpful.
