Exceptional food with outstanding service! We had the 11 course tasting menu and loved it. Chef Benjamin Nast has studied with the best and is now making his own creative dishes at De Patio. Stand out dishes for us were the merluza pil-pil and bone marrow with oysters, but truly everything was delicious. Asian influences vaulted Nast's creations up to another level. Portions were large enough for multiple bites to savor the flavors but didn't make us feel stuffed. They also make their own komboucha flavored with chicha morada. Highly recommended!

I was quite impressed by this restaurant. Exciting dishes made with super fresh ingredients and with an Asian touch. Surprisingly nice explosion of flavors and textures. Go for the 12 course menu for a complete experience. The service was very professional while agreable. Nice modern relaxed ambiance. I recommend seating at the counter to see the talented Chef Benjamin and his brigade in action.

We stopped at De Patio at the recommendation of the concierge at the W Santiago...and boy were we impressed. The restaurant I has a unique setting, with covered seating which feels like a patio and a large bar which provides a nice view into the kitchen. The staff was incredibly friendly and nice, enjoying our partly English and partly Spanish conversation. At the Chef's recommendation, we chose to do the tasting menu with full wine pairing (you could choose how many glasses/tastes to have over the course of the meal). Each course was a fantastic adventure of sight, smell and taste. Most dishes were Japanese inspired with a focus on local and seasonal ingredients. Although we didn't love every single dish, it was refreshing to eat at a restaurant which was pushing and exploring new flavors. I rarely experience meals which put me out of my comfort zone and this one definitely did. Standout courses: bone marrow, pork belly, and the desserts! Really loved the pairings, and again appreciated the care which went into picking unique wines. Ending with a cocktail was also a fun surprise. This was a fantastic experience from both a food and service perspective, highly recommended for any foodie who may be in Santiago.

Amazing. Elegant food done with Chilean flair. They serve a tasting menu of 8 or 11 courses for dinner. All small dishes so not an overwhelming amount of food. Just right. And truly delicious. So glad we ended up here our last night in Chile. Thank you De Patio for your hospitality!
