I am very disappointed with the customer service level (of lack thereof) during my recent visit to the store. We've always had great service, but unfortunately, this was not the case during my last visit. I would definitely avoid being served by Veronica (I believe this was her name).

One of London’s finest stores. The staff are always incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The products are beautifully designed and manufactured.

Amazing kitchen shop. And surprisingly good value considering it is very centrally located in London. Tip: I have often found the same item here much more cheaply than at John Lewis Peter Jones across the square so always work looking here as well!
