What a wonderful day we had with Daniela and Guillermo! We first enjoyed a trip to a local market to buy the meat and produce we would need to cook the meal we had chosen to prepare. The aromas and the beautifully displayed vegetables, fruits, meats and pastries made our mouths water. Once to Daniela’s lovely home, we met Guillermo, co-chef with Daniela’s son at Rome’s Marzapane Restaurant. He helped demonstrate and explain as we went along. They were both so much fun to work with, and made the morning a “cooking with family “ experience for us. We finished up with a delicious luncheon we won’t soon forget.
