The hostel occupies a restored colonial home with hardwood floors and beautiful wooden windows. This hostel is DISGUSTING! The bathrooms and kitchen were absolutely horrid. None of the bathroom doors locked, our shower didn’t drain and everything was rusty. Nothing worked in the kitchen. Beds were not comfy and pillows rarely had pillow cases. The common areas are nice and staff were absolutely amazing which is too bad they had to work there!! Location was unreal perfect for going out and accessing all parts of town! Really a shame the place was so rancid.

DO NOT STAY HERE After staying in dozens of hostels I can easily say this is the worst hostel I've stayed in. One or two staff members were OK and the horse riding tour was brilliant, but we left wanting a refund. - Our room FLOODED with no apology or assistance from staff which damaged our and other guest’s items - No breakfast - Pool was murky and made fart sounds - Nothing in the kitchen worked - Wifi didn't work - Bathrooms stank and always wet - Lots of noise at night - Staff had no idea about tours they were meant to be selling or about navigating the city.

Bathrooms are really bad. The 12 people room has no windows, only 1 bathroom and 4 outlets. The garden is nice though and the location is really central.

¡ME ESTAFARON! La cocina estuvo rota durante toda mi estadía y el agua de la cocina se cortó y el responsable nunca dio la cara ni solucionó estos GRAVES PROBLEMAS. Las luces de los pasillos no funcionaban, ROBARON DOS VECES EN UNA SEMANA. Los baños estaban sucios, los cuchillos no cortaban, no había esponjas para lavar los platos, las sábanas estaban manchadas, no había ningún tipo de control a la puerta de ingreso al hostel, el desayuno es solo líquido (café o té). Recomiendo no ir o serán estafados, maltratados, desatendidos y burlados.
