8th floor. Minimalist, clean design aesthetic for the goods. Cool but expensive.

The museum portion is great, really well written and sequenced tables to understand the culinary history of Japan.
The store itself is much smaller than photos here make it seem. The selection was also limited, I thought. Some items on display are not available. I came to shop for gifts for friends but didn’t find anything was a must buy or unique.
I would still come for the museum however. It’s a good, efficient tour that takes about 30 minutes to complete and can be done before lunch.
