Crumbl - Wake Forest

Everytime I ordered online. I always get the cookie with no salt and with chocolate chips inside instead of chocolate chunks. If you look at the picture closely it does have chocolate chunks but just at the top. I asked the guy that was giving me the cookie and he said that he couldn’t find the salt and that if I wanted salt that I could got next door to grab it (the restaurant next door) I am very disappointed.

When they came in they welcomed us in. They were super nice and when they saw it was getting full the cashier called people up to get their order to make their experience in getting their cookie faster!

Seriously…I need to stop getting sucked in to the advertising of flavors that should be amazing but somehow Crumbl manages to mess it up. I’ve gone several times over the last year to this location and each time I’m disappointed. So why am I surprised that the sea salt toffee cookie that sounded amazing was falling apart like it wasn’t fully baked and tasted more like flour coated in salt rather than toffee? Not sure if it’s this location or what but at least once a month I buy a cookie and wind up throwing out more than half of it because it isn’t worth the calories.

The customer service that I received tonight was highly disappointing! I spend my hard earned money at this particular store on a weekly basis because of my kids. However, your store screwed up my door dash order tonight, I ordered 3 cookies for 3 children and because they were out of what I wanted they sent me what they had and only one cookie, which presented a problem when they arrived. The store did not notify the dasher or myself of a change or give me the opportunity to request a refund. Bella stated that the driver didn’t speak English however with all this technology that is not an excuse. I’m certain Bella owns a phone and can use Google translate or another similar app. After speaking with Bella, who stated she was team lead 🫣🙄 I see that your staff needs more customer service training. At least she does! She was rude and unprofessional in speaking about the stores mistake. She failed to take accountability and did not make anything right. We managed to have a decent conversation because I do have customer service skills and am able to control the conversation. She on the other hand was raising her voice and attempting to speak over me. After the conversation was coming to an end, she hung up the phone in anger! lol Please train your staff better!!

Great service but while waiting in the car for order I seen a girl sneeze in her hand and touch her hair and did not wash her hands while she was putting cookie boxes together. There would not of been a problem if she simply washed her hands. I can no longer go to this location. Also she was handing customers their order.

Jaylen and Bella were such a great vibe to walk into. They were so kind and bubbly and made us feel so welcomed. Jaylen recommended the apple cinnamon crumbl cookie which was absolutely delicious. They even gave our little ones stickers and tattoos which made their day super special! Great team over in Wake Forest! Thanks Bella and Jaylen!

A trip to a comfort food!? Uh yea, I think I'ma rate it great. Anything you think is gonna be good. Guess what... IT IS! Go earn them crumbs to get some free cookies, whaaat!

The kids love ♥️♥️this place (big ones included). I never thought I’d spend $25 on four cookies but c’est la vie. They switch up the flavors almost daily so always a surprise.
