Crowne Plaza Lima, an IHG Hotel

Crowne plaza was a very good overall experience! Located in maybe the most touristic area of Lima, Miraflores, with a lot of restaurants and coffee shops around, it is one of the best choices for Lima.||The rooms are very clean and spacious. There is also a swimming pool with jacuzzi (outdoors) and the water is very warm so you can still enjoy it even in the evening when outside is generally cold (September). ||The most important thing though is that the stuff was always amazing, ready to help your needs at any time, very polite and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was great, it included different menus every day and offered a variety of food While the whole stuff was around to assist the guests. ||One of them, Jesus, a very pleasant guy assisting in the restaurant/breakfast, made our stay more enjoyable, always there to provide help and information, being able to talk efficiently in English (and also welcoming us every day with Greek greetings!)||Overall Crowne Plaza is highly recommended.

We stayed here for a weekend with prior to visiting Sacred Valley area of Peru for tour of Machu Pichu. We loved it! My platinum status got immediately recognized, received an upgrade to a junior suite, and the service was very warm, kind, professional, and attentive. Similar to what you would expect at a more luxurious hotel. The staff was also very knowledgeable, shout out to Luis the concierge who helped us plan our tourism around the city as well as snag last minute dinner reservations. Very well located as well in Miraflores district. The whole hotel was also recently renovated and is pretty. Highly recommend, would stat again next time we visit Lima!

The Crown Plaza Miraflores was just right. Located a 5 min walk from Kennedy Park, a central tourist location, the hotel is between Barranco and San Isidro, the two districts I spent the most time in during my 16-day stay in Lima. It is far from the Historic District if that is where you plan on spending time. The staff was wonderful, especially Henry and Isabel. I ate their continental breakfast each morning with coffee and the occasional omelette. The room was small, but not tiny - big enough for a solo traveler and probably big enough for a couple. Calle Colon the street the hotel is on is actually pretty quiet but the window which tilted open closed out the street noise effectively. I slept well. I don’t know if the guests were simply quiet and respectful, but I barely heard anyone. The hotel and my room were clean and well maintained. The gym is good enough for travel and the pool was nicely heated in the winter. It is a business hotel, but there were plenty of tourists just like me. Nothing bad to say about this place. Not WOW! But perfect.

I cannot thank the Crowne Plaza staff enough. From the food to the five-star service, the team made me and my 35 guests and staff feel incredibly welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of.||We were here on business and used the Crowne Plaza’s conference space, and everything went off without a hitch! The staff were attentive to our AV needs (thank you, Daniel!), and the banquet staff were always responsive. The food was delicious! It’s Peru, and even their hotel food is five stars!||A huge thank you to Rosanna for helping me organize the event, Lucero for assisting with all our food and beverage needs, and of course, the amazing staff! You all made this experience seamless, and we cannot thank you enough. We’ll be back!||P.S. Perfect location, close to everything (20 minutes from the airport). Good service and rooms very clean. The hotel is starting to show its age thus the better pricing compared to Hilton for example. Has a small very convenient bar in the first floor. Check in was very quick even at late hours. One complain management, why such a small pillows? At least have two so big buys like can be comfortable.

Absolutely loved our stay! The attention that we received from all employees was top notch. We were so happy from our breakfast experience, happy hour and dinner. Food was delicious, drinks are on point, the rooms very comfy and spacious. The staff was just above and beyond with all the details and attention to our group. A big shoutout to Juan Pablo, Geraldine, Isabel and Henry such wonderful people that were super helpful during our stay. We definitely will only stay at Crowne Plaza when in Lima moving forward.

One of the best hotel experiences ever! Especially the staff at breakfast. Julio was a very kind gentleman and gave us incredible service. He provided us with a lot of advice on things to do in Peru and Lima. He even had the kitchen make our son a birthday cake! Highly recommend a stay here!

Good hotel at the standard of the hotel group. Conformable rooms. Really nice location in Miraflores which allows walking to main destination, shops and restaurants in Miraflores. |The concierge service (in particular thanks to Diego!!) was an added value as it organized restaurants reservations and city tours. Very good experience
