This cafe is a real gem! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuinely friendly service, which always makes a difference. And the coffee? Spot on. My cappuccino was clearly made with care - the foam was lovely and fine, and you could tell they'd used a really good espresso as the base. It was just what I needed. We had a BLT sandwich and a croissant. The BLT was a touch pricey, but it was made fresh to order, which you could definitely appreciate. The bacon was cooked to perfection – nice and crispy, just how I like it. You'd think getting bacon right would be basic stuff, but you'd be surprised how many places get it wrong! So, they definitely get a thumbs up for that. The croissant was delicious as well. While the prices might be a bit higher than your average cafe, the quality and service really justify it. Overall, a fantastic experience and I’d definitely recommend giving it a go

This little oasis of coffee lovers is tucked away in a residential area and very popular with locals. And for good reason too.. Flat white with almond croissant is simply blissful. Laurens and George are a friendly and helpful team with Emir, making the best coffee in north Islington/ Archway. Definitely a favourite ✨

The food and coffee / drinks are excellent. But I must say, each time I have stopped by for both take out / sit in I have found the baristas / staff to be quite… aloof? And not in a “cool and calm” way, more of a “having to serve you is really inconvenient and I’m not going to be friendly I’m just going to keep talking to my colleagues instead and ignore you because they’re cooler” way. A shame. Could really be a 5* experience if front of house was a bit warmer?

This is exactly what I expected from an out of town British little corner diner. The coffee was magnificent and the sandwich was the best meal to start my day. I will definitely come back to Crick's Corner one day.

Had the bacon and egg sandwich and it was wonderful!

I would have liked to have been able to leave 4.5 stars. Coffee tastes really good, but not the best. I ordered a flat white with Oatly Barista which is my usual but never had one made so lacking in creaminess before. It was completely watery in texture. The barista did mention that the other brand of oat milk they use (which I’d never seen before) is easier to work with so maybe he just needs a little more practice with the Oatly. That being said I’d come here again. The shop has a chilled vibe, and the baristas are friendly and helpful. My colleague had a toasted sandwich and said it was a 7/10. A good experience overall.

This place! 😍 Hard to choose my favorites, but this is what you should try: cheese toastie, bacon&egg bap with peas, cardamom bun and ofc flat white or now in the heat - delicious house-made cold brew. But honestly, anything you go for will not dissapoint you 🤤

My friend and I visited Cricks Corner on Sunday for a quick drink. I had Tea and my friend a Decaf Latte. The drinks, staff and atmosphere were all fantastic. We will be back on Thursday. I cannot recommend Cricks Corner any higher.
