The rows of decoratives, fake fruit, vases, ornaments etc. are fun to browse but for us the books alone make the journey worthwhile. I have heard for years about Craftex, but only with the last year had I visited the wonderful place. The variety of holiday decor is amazing. The workshops offered are filled with tons of information, tips and tricks for the professional and amateur decorator alike. The designers are all so willing to help and guide you as you make the workshop piece. Highly recommended for any that are wanting to learn how to make a home decor piece or take it to the next level!

Great place to buy coffee table designer books. Prices were not amazing for the Christmas decor however. Though, the decor is indeed high quality. Customer service was lovely and they had people directing traffic for parking which was fantastic. The parking lot is quite small otherwise. All in all, would recommend a visit for the books

Best place beyond met my expectations. It is a wonderful place for wholesalers to get all the holiday decorations they need, and when it's not holiday time they have a entire other Warehouse full of florals and all kinds of things

I love this place sooooooo much, the designers are always sweethearts and staff in general are so nice and helpful. From stock such as floral, decor, and fixtures, you’ll really find everything you need here. And if you don’t have any confidence in your own arrangement skills you can always patch together some items you’d like and the designers here will take care of it for you for an amazing labor cost!

We attempted to do a collaboration with them for our studio and to promote their design services. My only notification about delivery was done on the day of delivery. They showed up with only one tree when we had sent our goals and inspiration for the set. After attempting to convey the problem, they stated that it wasn't approved. Which should've been discussed before showing up to our business in this unprofessional manner. I then instructed them that we did not want any designs not approved by our team as our set would be sold to our customers as a photo opportunity. They were blatantly disrespectful and their videographer went on a power trip telling us that they will pack everything up and leave. So, I told them to leave. I highly recommend saving yourself the time and headache working with their unprofessional staff.
