I had the great fortune of booking my stay across the street from Craft and as soon as I dined here for the first time, I knew I had struck gold. Between the friendly staff and expert chef, you're in for a treat! Everything I had here was excellent but certain dishes were so good, I'll come back to GC just for the food, if I have to. The Scottish Salmon, Blackened Mahi Mahi, Beef Bourgignon, Salmon Eggs Benedict, and Carrot-Ginger soup were just perfection. The entire staff was so welcoming and kind and took time to check up on me even though they weren't assigned to my seating area. It was a no-brainer to just keep coming back and explore their menu (which changes often and features daily specials so that you can come back next time and discover even more great dishes). The chef really went above and beyond (with many customers!) to give them a taste of something different yet elevated. He truly cares about his craft and it shows. Come dine here and you'll be so glad you did.

My wife and I had a great time here, the food is great and the cocktails are amazing. Darian was amazing, friendly and very funny and made our stay perfect. Definitely coming back.

Came into Craft this afternoon for lunch with my family and had a great time. Our server, Chloe from Canada was amazing! I went with her recommendation of the steak bowl and it was fantastic. She was very kind and personable! Great service and food - I highly recommend checking it out.

Food is delicious. Cocktails and mocktails are great. Close to hotels if you're visiting Grand Cayman. Staff is attentive but not overbearing.

Enjoyed a meal here with my whole family right after landing. We were hungry and in need of a drink and were taken care of perfectly by the bartender and server Darian. He was kind enough to let us sample the different drinks they had on draft and suggested cocktails based on people’s preferences. Very welcoming, friendly, good food and great drinks. Would definitely come back again thanks to him

Had a delicious meal at the bar! Darian was spot on, great with food and drink recommendations and interesting conversation! Bouillabaisse was so delicious 🤤 Chef def takes pride in his work and it shows!

This restaurant is so cute. My waitress was nice but she did forget my water and I had to ask for paper napkins. I get that one is with the utensils but if I have a burger & fries then I see no reason to open it just for the napkin. The fries were a little burnt which I could have done without but the burger was delicious.

Major changes are needed. Largely due to inexperienced bartender. Over 40 min for a carryout?! Can't get another drink or water?! 4 people at the bar total including us and an empty place!! Chloe a server helped us get out of there in the end with our food, thank you! Bbq beef sandwich needs to be trimmed of gristle and sliced thinner. Curry chicken was good and would recommend.
