Beautiful pieces and amazing customer service. I have bought two bags from Cork & Co, one while I was traveling in Portugal, and one that I ordered online. Their bags are gorgeous and really special. I had a small issue with the bag I purchased when I visited, and the manager, Alexandra, was absolutely wonderful. She took care of it right away. I have never gotten customer service as good as that. She's won a customer for life.

After my initial purchases months ago, I lost a treasured bracelet and needed a replacement. Manager Vania went the extra mile and had several made for me to ensure the right size. I live in the U.S. and we emailed back & forth many times during this process. I was very pleased with the results and each time I look at my bracelet, the fond memories of my Lisboa trip returns and the magical afternoon spent at Cork & Co.
