Beautiful pieces and amazing customer service. I have bought two bags from Cork & Co, one while I was traveling in Portugal, and one that I ordered online. Their bags are gorgeous and really special. I had a small issue with the bag I purchased when I visited, and the manager, Alexandra, was absolutely wonderful. She took care of it right away. I have never gotten customer service as good as that. She's won a customer for life.

Bought a few items from them. All felt really good at the time of purchase. They do not last. I started using their wallet for two months and you can see the condition now. Material feel was really good. But not worth the amount we pay

I live in the U.S. and we emailed back & forth many times during this process. I was very pleased with the results and each time I look at my bracelet, the fond memories of my Lisboa trip returns and the magical afternoon spent at Cork & Co. Full to the brim with unique and one-of-kind items as well as items that feel one-of-kind even though there are many in stock. The shop owner is knowledgeable, patient and delightful in responding to our questions and curiosities. Only after visiting Cork & Co will you know for yourself the possibilities of cork. Great products, elegant and classy. Unfortunately the store assistant didn't have the strongest selling techniques and was not the friendliest of the portugese! Felt like a nuisance in the shop or was bothering her. Was willing to spend more if she was willing to do a deal on a few items or even be chatty and friendly considering these are expensive bags. The item I bought apparently was the only one they had as I asked for a fresh new one and not the display item. They could have done a small discount for that.
