Copal Tulum Hotel

Amazing hotel. We loved this place, the room we chose was the jungle room, it was so nice, clean and had a safe & fridge included. It also had a bath and shower. The hotel complex was so unique and beautiful. The rooftop pool was lovely and the sushi restaurant was unbelievable. But also just the food from the hotel was so nice, we had pasta arabitta which was so good. The drinks are a little pricey but so worth it, I loved the smoothies and the raspberry Moscow mule was the best cocktail I’ve had. To top it off the staff are absolutely fantastic, so helpful and will do anything to make sure your stay is amazing. Could not recommend more. The location is a little far from the main strip in tulum, but we managed fine with taxis which is right outside the hotel which was fine and places around the hotel are nice, just make sure you stay on the main streets like xibak as around certain back streets can be a little sketchy.

The plants and trees throughout the hotel, pools, restaurant makes it so intimate you would never guess the number of rooms. If you love Japanese food as I do you’re going to love the Kokoro restaurant. We loved it so much that we ate there 3 nights in a row. The tuna tartar with a quail egg on top was the best I’ve had in my life. Notice that the restaurant has no kitchen since everything is raw and prepared right at the bar. There are a total of two restaurants.||The room was large and super enjoyable.|Room service was good.|The hotel has two pools. One on ground level and 1 Rooftop infinity pool with bar service. We enjoyed both.||Check out the Healing Spot and ask about the Mayan experience with Paola if you want to go all out. I won’t say more than that but it blew my mind.

Beautiful stay, very accommodating, they even texted on WhatsApp before the trip to help us get prepared for the trip. we had shared pools and a private pool with our room and having both options was so nice. Whole hotel is shaped around the gorgeous nature. Very intimate setting and nice staff.

Love this hotel. It is modern and cozy. They have 2 pools (one in the ground floor and one rooftop pool). The breakfast is delicious. Kokoro Tulum is located inside the hotel. It is the best sushi restaurant. I highly recommend you book in advance and try it. The hotel is 15 minute drive from the main beach clubs and restaurants. But taxis are a bit expensive.

Reception team Ivy, Max, Claudio, y Carlos have been such great help. Very kind and genuine individuals who are always attentive to guest needs. My family was well taken care of and staff was always positive. Tulum has not disappointed, I have nothing but positive experience here.

I had a great experience at Copal. Everything was perfect. From the rooms, the pools, the food, and the staff. The location was quiet and peaceful. The staff was sweet and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to be private and getaway from the Chaos lol

Ivy , Claudia and Carlos were amazing staff that made our experience so great. Everyone was friendly and kind. There was amazing food and drinks. The Copal Tulum was a wonderful place and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation.

Really nice "tropical" hotel with nice swimming pools and good service from the personnel. Big sizes of the room. You are able to use the kitchen for cooking food and the bathroom have a good size. Good price and well worth the stay at this hotel.
