If you are looking for a spot to taste the signature “broken rice” of Saigon. I recommend you to pay a visit to Com Tam 43. Juicy pork ribs with full flavor, and the sauce just so amazing. Highly recommended.

Got a portion to go in the morning knowing this place is only open until noon time. It is pretty good, but this street is narrow yet always has so much traffic so it is like you can never feel relaxed here.

food is ok but the sauce is not good service is ok as well atmosphere is so smoky

This place is without question the tastiest Com Tam in Saigon. And I would gladly debate anyone who says otherwise. It is an old-school joint: small, full of grill smoke, sweaty aunties taking orders and shouting them around you. That is how a Com Tam joint was 10 years ago, and this place kept the same atmosphere for more than a decade. The meat is dipped in a honey mixture and it is super soft for biting. The fish sauce here is on a god-tier level too!

A true street food experience. You get what you expected.

Quán cơm tấm lúc nào cũng đông và mùi thịt nướng thơm cả một con đường. Thịt được ướp thơm và mềm, nướng vừa lửa. Tuy nhiên mỗi khi ghé vào mua thường chờ hơi lâu, hơi ảnh hưởng kẹt xe và mùi khói thịt bay vào quần áo hơi nhiều.

ベトナム人家族大人数で朝食に行った美味しいCơm tấm屋さん。 店先で豚肉を炭焼きしており、朝からバイクも人もごった返している感じ（笑） お店の人は忙しそうで素っ気ないけど…。 人気店なので、広くない店内も人口密度が高くて相席は当たり前。 メニュー見たり確認する以前に、ベトナム家族の妹分が注文する前に何をのせるか聞いたので、私は豚焼肉とベトナム版具沢山オムレツとで言おうか(Chả trứng)…と、目玉焼きは絶対欲しいことを伝えて、出て来たものは写真の料理。 あと引く甘さで濃いめの味付けが食欲をそそります！甘さに飽きて来ても付け合わせの野菜や卵で味に変化をつけながらペロッといけます。 こういう、ほぼベトナム人しかいない様なお店を知る事ができるのは嬉しい🎶 一つ注意するとしたら…洋服には焼肉の匂いが付くのでおめかしをして行かない方が賢明です😅

10/10 PERFECT Sườn, bì , chả , ốp la, tất cả đều đặc trưng cơm tấm miền nam, cả nước mắm cũng có độ sệt nhẹ và ngọt , mặn vừa. Sườn mềm , thấm vị, cơm tơi. Dịch vụ : 2 cô bán hàng vui vẻ, nhiệt tình, nhớ món khách quen hay ăn. Over expectation Giá cả bình dân 40-50k Quán hơi chật, hơi nóng Quán quen, ăn thường xuyên, highly recommend
