Adorable little coffee shop! The atmosphere was comfy and the staff are welcoming and down to earth. I enjoyed a cappuccino with a cute design on it, and had a look at their dried fruit for sale while waiting ( which wasn't long they were very quick) they have a little coffee bar so you can add your prefered sugar and milk! It's lovely place to grab a quick coffee or enjoy a snack and sit for a while, definitely will go again!

Stopped by on a whim and loved my experience. Positives: - staff was very warm and greeted me as soon as I walked in - coffee was great! Got a vanilla latte and highly recommend! - cheese danish was delicious - very cute location - prices are reasonable I highly recommend you check out Coffee Bureau.

I recently visited Coffee Bruneau on a Sunday morning and had a rather mixed experience. While the coffee itself was pretty good, my interaction with the staff left much to be desired. The man working that morning was extremely rude and pretentious. He was very dismissive, passive-aggressive, and condescending, speaking to me as if I were an idiot. To make matters worse, he was on his phone while making drinks, clearly distracted. At one point, he even laid his phone on one of the machines he was using, which is extremely unsanitary. I have circled the spot in a picture below where he placed his phone, though I was too uncomfortable to take a picture at the time due to his behavior. Overall, the quality of the coffee doesn't make up for the poor service I received. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a better experience for future customers.

This is the best coffee shop in the city. The staff are incredibly personable and the baristas are prodigiously talented. It's the perfect little coffee shop that offers a beautifully unique experience. Anyone who has given a negative review is clearly a human potato with no taste.

The best place to get a mocha and you should try ginger cookie. 🍪 great coffee great people.

Just started working downtown and wondered why I kept seeing people on jasper with these white cups with red lids. Finally tracked down that it was coffee bureau. Stepped inside and immediately knew I came to the right place. Ordered a latte and toasted bagel. Fresh Montreal bagels are the best. Good coffee, great people, fun atmosphere and the small shop has a cozy feel that is super welcoming. Big fan.

I recently visited Coffee Bureau with high expectations after reading glowing reviews of their flat white. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the hype. The flat white I was served was incredibly disappointing. The balance of coffee and oat milk was completely off—so much so that it tasted like a cup of warm oat milk with hardly any coffee presence at all. I was particularly let down because I specifically chose Coffee Bureau based on the praise for their flat white. While the café atmosphere was pleasant and the staff friendly, the quality of the coffee was a letdown.

Best Coffee shop in the downtown area. Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable staff who take enormous pride in their product and service. If you’re looking for a delicious pick-me-up, don’t hesitate to visit.
