I really enjoyed staying here! It was so much cheaper than other hotels but safe, spacious, clean, and the best location ever. I really appreciated the service for the complimentary water, coffee, tea, and popcorn downstairs. Never had to wait for the elevator and staff were all so kind and nice!! I will definitely come back. It is a little loud outside but it is Waikiki.

This is one gem of a hotel. The staff is amazing, from the super housekeeping staff to the valet gents. The front desk staff is so very helpful, from Perky Dani to super friendly Linda. The rooms are a good size with fab lanais, bar fridges, and microwaves. The coffee and tea downstairs is always ready with filtered water and afternoon popcorn. The fitness room is handy and the pool is small but refreshing. Right on the canal is very cool to watch the rowers and the breeze is sweet. This is a great family hotel as you do become one of their family Mahalo

This hotel is PERFECT! The staff is super nice, helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I thought it was AWESOME that they offer beach towels, chairs and other beach related stuff to borrow. The cleaning ladies are super friendly and always did an amazing job cleaning the room. I felt I could trust them and everyone other member of the staff. It is close to the beach and other tourist spots. I am definitely staying here when I come back to visit!!

This hotel was adorable! The price was awesome and our only complaint was really our fault we couldn’t figure out how to adjust the temperature in our room. The desk staff told us what to do. We easily and quickly got extra pillows. They were very accommodating.

Linda was the absolute best and made my check in quick and easy, which was appreciated after a long overnight flight from Australia. The room was well appointed and clean and the service was always friendly and helpful. Complimentary tea, hot chocolate and popcorn in the lobby was fantastic. The location is also great with everything you need within walking distance. The only downside was the price, but I think this is standard as Honolulu is generally quite expensive.

Enjoyed my stay and recommend!! Front office staff super friendly and helpful. Great location, clean room, quiet. Appreciated small things like how they have boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas that you can borrow. And the heated pool. Was able to get late check out. Great value for the money!

Room was level 10 and main outlook was other buildings but room was relatively spacious, bed was king size and comfortable and small kitchen was very welcome. Housekeeping was good and cleanliness also very good. Front desk and parking valet were helpful and efficient. Although a little out of the way in relation to Waikiki this was offset by the lack of traffic, noise and minimal pedestrian traffic. Overall would be happy to stay here again.

The rooms are very out dated. The Valet and front desk people were great. The daily cleaning staff struggled cleaning things each day. There were a few times that they only made the beds, but didn't take out the garbage or clean the bathroom. If you needed to change your towel they asked to put it in the shower/tub. We did that a couple of times and they just left them in there. For the price, this is a pretty good hotel. If you're willing to pay more, then I would definitely get a nicer place than this. But if you're on a low budget vacation, then this works great. We went with 2 kids and were barely in the hotel, so the old/unclean things weren't that big of a deal because we were out and about.
