So this has been a long time coming and I am sad to have to write this review. What happened to this company? That food is so good but the service is absolute trash. Same with all the other 1 stars and 2 star reviews they do NOT communicate. I asked them multiple times and it seems like they are purposely ignoring my messages. I ordered in September!! 100$+ worth of food from them. They WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND. I hope they shut down soon because they are not worth ordering from anymore. It is a shame because these were some of the best allergy free treats I ever had.

I had ordered some gluten-free donuts and cupcakes almost 2 weeks ago and they will not send them out to me. I have emailed them multiple times and left messages on their social media account, with no response. I have asked them to refund and cancel my order, which I have not received a response. I do not recommend from this company as their customer service is horrible and you can’t get hold of anyone for a refund. I will be filing a complaint with a Better Business Bureau.

I have ordered from here twice using their nationwide shipping. The first time I was just interested in trying the gluten free baked goods. It took several weeks to receive the items, but when I got them, it was SO WORTH the wait. They were absolutely delicious! The second time, I ordered using their gluten free holiday menu for Thanksgiving and received the items in less than a week from ordering! I ordered 3 items and had an issue with 1 item. I reached out via email and they made it right within ONE DAY. Absolutely in love with this company from the baked goods to the customer service. I will be ordering from here again soon. ❤️

Terrible experience ordering online. Ordered 12 mini cupcakes. No where on the website mentions that the cupcakes will arrive without icing on them and you’re given a huge bowl of icing to do it yourself! Cupcakes were smushed since they moved around in the box with the heavy icing bowl. The box was also terribly handled. Coco luv’s website states that they aren’t responsible for how the boxes are shipped and that they pack things carefully but the evidence begs to differ. I have ordered cakes online from two different bakeries in the past and both arrived in perfect condition and in much better packed boxes. Coco luv needs to use stronger outer packaging, more secured internal packaging (like how cupcakes are at the supermarket), and switch to FedEx and UPS only. If you’re going to ship your goods, do it right. I highly doubt the owner would ship mini cupcakes to their own family and friends the way we received ours.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! My wife ordered these for an anniversary gift and after a few weeks passed she emailed with no response. They took almost a month to ship (website says 10-14 days) and when they finally arrived they were smashed to bits and one of the frosting was busted open and leaking in the box. There was zero damage to the exterior box, just simply packaged poorly. We tried calling, texting, and emailing for a month now with no response. Spend your money somewhere else, these aren't worth your time or money

I hate to give a poor review, but unfortunately I can't give any more than 2 stars... I ordered a cake for my wife's birthday 8 days in advance, and chose 3 day shipping. It should have arrived in time for me to decorate it and bring it with us, as we were going away for her birthday. Three days go by and no cake. No shipping updates. I sent an email asking for any updates. No reply. I wait 2 more days without any reply and write another email. Still no shipping updates or email replies. 5 days after placing the order, I finally received an update saying it has shipped. Too bad it was just that a shipping label was created. It didn't actually ship out for three more days. Meaning it would arrive today... 3 days after I needed it. 6 days from the day the shipping label was created. Unfortunately the cake was pretty smashed up in the box, so I can't comment on the actual cake itself. The buttercream that it came with was good, however a bit too sweet for me. TL;DR NO communication. Didn't reply to multiple emails.Took 10 days for 3 day shipping, missing the birthday I needed it for. Cake was pretty smashed when it finally arrived.

I ordered several goods from them and didn’t realize their disclaimer that it would take 3 weeks before shipping. So, I waited the three weeks plus a couple of days before receiving an email that my order shipped with a tracking number. I checked the tracking number and it said “Label generated. Package waiting to be received by the post office.” Ten days later I still had not received my order. After emailing them twice regarding my order they finally responded and told me that they shipped it out already and I should have received it by now because it are sent via USPS Priority mail 2-3 business days. They apologized and said that they would send out another one. The tracking number still showed label generated and package waiting to be received by post office. Second email received that my order was shipped with a new tracking number. Same status label generated and package awaiting to be received by post office. A week later still nothing received. I emailed them again requesting a refund. Only received an email response that my item has shipped with a new tracking number. Almost two months later and still no package received. I’m disputing with my credit card company.

I ordered these off of UberEats, they are absolutely delicious, expensive of course but if you live gluten free you're already aware of that 🤪
