Cloud Twelve Wellness, Spa and Kid's Club

I had my Head Spa appointment last weekend and whilst I found the treatment itself hugely relaxing and beneficial to my overall scalp health, there were a couple of disappointing factors. They took me to the changing room, told me where to put my things and then told me to wait outside. I didn’t really know where to go once ready so sat on a little bench outside my treatment room waiting to go in, whilst hearing the therapists start there day and frantically try and set up their rooms and gossip with each other. Not a relaxing start. I thought the treatment room itself to be quite dirty, with the filter they use for the treatment to have an odd brown discolouring around it which appeared to me that it needed to be changed. The lady who did my treatment was great however I did feel she talked a bit too much at the start asking about my job and other information when really I just wanted to switch off and relax. But the most dissapointing factor is the price. I found £250 very steep for what I got, and not only that but to find out you need to pay extra to use the facilities like the sauna after already spending a large sum for the treatment itself left a sour taste in my mouth. I choose an early appointment in order to go there and use all facilities for a couple of hours and was really looking forward to it, but the fact I couldn’t do that and had to pay extra was not right in my opinion. Would I go again, probably not as the above did somewhat taint my experience.

Absolutely loved my head spa experience. The whole treatment flows seamlessly and was so relaxing I dozed off for a bit - and I almost never fall asleep during treatments! With the specialised camera I can see a huge difference in how clean my hair and scalp is before and after the spa. The steam with scented oil as well as the facial and décolletage massage was a great addition. The whole spa is well run and spotlessly clean, which I loved. Would highly recommend.

Stunning spa nestled away in Notting Hill. I had a deep tissue massage which was great, she really worked on my tighter areas and left feeling rejuvenated. Good pressure and was very dedicated to creating the a tailored, spa experience. I felt as though all the staff there really looked after the visitors. This is a beautiful spa, with excellent customer service and clearly a lot of passion into the type of treatments and the quality of them. Would absolutely recommend this place.

A wonderful variety of thermal experiences! I particularly enjoyed the infrared sauna, which I initially thought wouldn’t be for me, but I was pleasantly surprised. Cloud 12 provided a great space for relaxation, and the massage was excellent. The team was polite, and the facilities were of a very high standard. Highly recommend!

It was my first time having the ultimate head spa experience and I can honestly say that was the best spa treatment I've ever had. My therapist Ilona gave me a bespoke service by listening to my needs and really taking a lot of time and care during the whole service. I left feeling invigorated! I will definitely be returning soon.

What a gorgeous and friendly spa! I had no idea this was hidden here down a street I walk past regularly, a piece of hidden heaven. The receptionist was so friendly, wearing a unicorn headband, and put me at ease immediately - I would usually be nervous in a swish new place but everything was down to earth, well designed, and just lovely. My treatment was heaven, I can't wait to book again.

A fantastic experience from the moment we arrived. Lovely, friendly staff and the best massage treatment I have had in london. Final shout out for the quartz treatment beds- so relaxing! Highly recommend one of the packages!

Cloud Twelve has quickly become one of my favorite places to recharge and find balance. Svetlana, who leads the Sound Baths, is an incredibly gifted and gentle healer. Her sessions are calming and uplifting, and I always leave feeling like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders. I feel refreshed, inspired, and more connected to myself every time.
