A wonderful variety of thermal experiences! I particularly enjoyed the infrared sauna, which I initially thought wouldn’t be for me, but I was pleasantly surprised. Cloud 12 provided a great space for relaxation, and the massage was excellent. The team was polite, and the facilities were of a very high standard. Highly recommend!

I found heaven when I visited Cloud Twelve, trust me there is no other spa which can do anything better than Cloud Twelve. The professional who gave me a massage was able to take care of all the tight knots in my body and I was super relaxed after an hour of the massage. The steam room is so peaceful and they provide you with headphones which have calming music playing over it. There is a hair salon where Dora treats your hair better than any other professional you've ever been to. I will very,very highly recommend this spa.

What a gorgeous and friendly spa! I had no idea this was hidden here down a street I walk past regularly, a piece of hidden heaven. The receptionist was so friendly, wearing a unicorn headband, and put me at ease immediately - I would usually be nervous in a swish new place but everything was down to earth, well designed, and just lovely. My treatment was heaven, I can't wait to book again.

Excellent massage, the masseuse asked me what she should concentrate on, checked with me on pressure, and focussed on all the areas I wanted. I would have liked the room to be a bit warmer, but from a massage perspective no complaints at all and I'm very happy.

Stunning spa nestled away in Notting Hill. I had a deep tissue massage which was great, she really worked on my tighter areas and left feeling rejuvenated. Good pressure and was very dedicated to creating the a tailored, spa experience. I felt as though all the staff there really looked after the visitors. This is a beautiful spa, with excellent customer service and clearly a lot of passion into the type of treatments and the quality of them. Would absolutely recommend this place.

It was my first time having the ultimate head spa experience and I can honestly say that was the best spa treatment I've ever had. My therapist Ilona gave me a bespoke service by listening to my needs and really taking a lot of time and care during the whole service. I left feeling invigorated! I will definitely be returning soon.

Dorota was simply amazing. Very skilled. In the past I have had many treatments. My De-Stress massage today with Dorota surpassed any massage I’ve ever had! It was so nice and relaxing. I will definitely be returning to Cloud Twelve.

The most wonderful kids club my 3 little ones absolutely loved it! The play area is fantastic and there were so many great breakout areas with different activities and themes for the kids. They were busy for hours and I was enjoying the cafe in the meantime. My kids (aged 2-8) didn’t want to leave!
