We had an amazing meal at Circa 1876 to celebrate a special occasion. The beef cheek in particular was superb. The atmosphere was lovely and we’d definitely go back. The menu was very well priced. The staff were very attentive and made us feel really at home. We were too full for dessert so they kindly boxed them up for us to take home!

A restaurant that serves modern Australian cuisine, I've been to Circa a few times, and the food an service is consistent every time I come. Staff are always professional and friendly. The food is fresh and the dishes were cooked perfectly. There is also an extensive wine list which has local wine. As the restaurant is located in an older building and next to vineyards, it has a relaxing and comfortable vibe. The restaurant does cater for weddings, so I recommend that you book in advanced and arrive on time - otherwise you may not be able to completely enjoy the surroundings. Highly recommend if you are in the area! 👍😋

We got the NYE package (~$400). Nice atmosphere and good service; however, portions are very small (and nothing to write home about). You are also required to pay extra for any sides. Not very good value for money. Wouldn’t do it again. It was a present for my partner and he thought it was pretty average. I recommend providing a side with the package as well as a glass of wine? (considering we were in the wine region).

The staff is super friendly and nice here, we arrived a bit late but felt much welcomed and were provided with the option for wine selecting and we loved the ones we have. Food portion size is not large but we are full after the dessert. Highly recommend salmon for the main and cheese selection for dessert.

Great little restaurant, my fiance & I loved the building, sort of an old barn/farmhouse vibe. The view out the back was great and we wandered around some of the other open rooms which were all interesting too. The food was spectacular, I had chickpeas and duck with Tiramasu for dessert. Fiance had scallops salmon & the same dessert. My food was spectacular and ide absolutely order the same if I went back, though I'm sure all the meals are just as good. Staff were extremely polite & down to earth, not the prissy sort of nose in the air like you'd expect from a your usual fancy restaurant & it was lovely atmosphere. We were given glasses of champagne (it was our anniversary) & the staff explained any questions about food we had along with telling us what was involved in each of our courses. The one and only complaint of the while night was my fiances margarita apparently wasn't super amazing, for a $30 she was a bit dissapointed but it was well made up for by everything else. Would absolutely go back again!

We recently attended Circa 1876 Restaurant for the Truffle Event. This was definitely the best dining & wining experience I have have. We had a group of 10 of us and each of us was blown away by the food, the service, the vibe, and everything about this place. Thanks heaps Circa, we love it, and will be back next year (booked already for last Sunday in July 25!).

We had an amazing dining experience from food to service to atmosphere. More importantly, this is also a kids friendly place and serve decent food for kids. They even provide colouring activity. The staffs are all very lovely. The food was well-executed with lovely taste, and they kept serving complimentary food x3 throughout the meals.
