Noemi’s team was absolutely incredible! Their warm welcome and professionalism made our visit even more memorable. What started as just a meal turned into an amazing culinary experience. The flavors, the presentation of the dishes, and the attention to detail were simply perfect. A big thank you to the entire team for this exceptional moment! I highly recommend it without hesitation! It was an incredible experience. The food took me back in time and every bite felt like eating food my grandma would prepare on special occasions. You can taste that the produce they use is fresh and local. I highly recommend eating here. We were celebrating and the place, service and food couldn't have been better.

Cibreo is absolutely amazing. This is a must do item if you are in Florence. This restaurant is a very local small restaurant with incredible history in the neighborhood. The atmosphere is great and the food is to die for. Some of the best food I've ever had. Hats off the the Chief and team for making this such a special night.

Excellent service and food! We decided to try something new and were pleasantly surprised by how good the pork liver was. Every dish we ordered was delicious, and the wine selection did not disappoint. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!

One of my absolute criteria to give 5 stars to a place is whether I leave thinking “I need to come back here one day” and this place was definitely one of those and beyond. Not rocket science when staff makes a total of 75% of the experience. And they went beyond with us. Not sure if they just liked us or it’s in their DNA. I am thinking is the second. Very knowledgeable with their wine and how to pair it with the food you’re ordering. We were a party of 5 and order enough dishes so that we could all try different options from the menu and everything was delicious. Reasonably priced with great atmosphere and hardly any tourists, a combination we always look after that always results in a great experience. So not only we will be back next time we are in Florence, it also is 100% recommended for a full Florence gastronomical experience immersion and you and your wallet won’t regret it.

While the restaurant has a very great setting for a proper meal, great service, a well curated wine selection and that the food is in deed great, i believe Cibreo it’s not at the right quality to spend a meal here (especially if you have limited time in florence). For me it needs more taste, is missing that quality on the cooking side, and a bit disappointed as the prices are on the high end.

Impeccable. Had dinner with friends on a Friday night, reservations needed. Ambiance, service and food was all top notch. Had a full restaurant and was one of the last tables to leave. We tried the eggplant Parmigiano, Fish of the day which was Grouper, soup of the day which was pomodoro, Sicilian style rabbit and an off the menu pigeon. Each dish had its own charms, and delectable flavors. Paired with an amazing wine that was recommended by the in house sommelier. And finish it off with a cheese cake with pear in red wine and a flourless decadent dark chocolate cake. To die for. The staff was very accommodating and friendly which rounded out the full the experience. Very reasonably priced for everything we had and the the quality of everything.
