Step into Churchill Cocktail Bar, a spacious WWII-themed haven where craft cocktails and a chill vibe meet comfy seating and friendly faces.
"Situated on a busy corner near Market Street, this spacious bar serves up delicious cocktails and beer in a trendy, WWII-inspired setting. Lounge around on the many comfy couches with some happy hour drinks or challenge your friends to some pool in the back. If cocktails and beer aren’t your thing, grab some whiskey in honor of the bar’s namesake." - Amy Young
"Built entirely from repurposed shipping containers, The Churchill features 10 small local restaurants, bars, and shops in the center of Phoenix. It includes an open-air courtyard and second-story viewing deck. It’s family-friendly during the day — featuring pizza, sandwiches, Mexican dishes, and healthy smoothies — but after 10:00 PM the place is open only for the 21 and older crowd. Late-night guests can enjoy a variety of drinks, like craft cocktails at Pobrecito, wine at Sauvage, and regional craft beers at The Brill Line. The perfect option for an indecisive group with varied tastes." - MATADOR_NETWORK

"When it opens this spring, Gramercy Park will serve Californian cuisine in the evenings, New York City-style sandwiches in the afternoons, and all-American brunch on the weekends. Owner Mark White hopes to open the restaurant by mid-April at 216 Church Street, formerly Crepevine in the Castro. White is starting a new restaurant group, Madison Avenue Hospitality Group, and plans to open five restaurants within five years here. Gramercy Park is the first. The center of the dining room will be a chef’s table, offering a space for guest chefs to serve their own separate menu. The rest of the 1,840-square-foot space will be full of plants, fresh flowers, antique mirrors, marble, and a 12-foot glowing tree. The venue will also have a smaller, 480-square-foot space next door called Gramercy Park To-Go, serving commuters with coffee and grab-and-go items." - Janelle Bitker
