Chungchun Rice Hotdog Wellesley

Been to the location in Korea town which was great. I didn’t even notice this one a short walk from my place. Had the ramen chip beef sausage with wasabi mayo, cheddar cheese and honey butter. Came to $8.95 (15% tip included). It was damn good. Crunchy, full of flavor. The sweet and savory combination was spot on, and the sausage itself was juicy, clean and fresh. All together a great explosion of flavors in your mouth. I know I’ll crave these from time to time so I’ll be here often. Staff were wonderful and kind enough to help with recommendations. 09/13/24 Had the cheddar cheese beef sausage dog with sweet potato, chipotle sauce and butter garlic powder. Pretty damn good

I've been a regular at this location and noticed that recently, the size of the whole mozzarella hotdog has reduced. It was half of the size of the volcano hotdog! I remember the whole mozzarella was much bigger before. What I received looked like a kid's size. I inquired and was told that "all (mozza) hotdogs are the same size." I asked again as I remember the size being clearly bigger at my last visit to this location. The server or the cook didn't offer any other information or replacement. Usually the server is very friendly and I've had pleasant experiences in the past. I was quite disappointed this time. Also, the tables and chairs are consistently dirty - they're usually short staffed (1 server, 1 cook) and no one wipes down tables and chairs and they end up being really greasy and dirty.

I ordered the half beef and mozzarella corn dog. It was disappointing that they could not do half chicken. Was still delicious. Would recommend to eat immediately while fresh. The tables and floor were messy from the previous customers and the employees did not bother to tidy up despite it not being very busy.

This is my first time trying it and I have to say 1 hotdog is definitely enough to fill you. It may not seem like it but the stick rice dough is extremely well made. You will feel it kick in 20 mins when you finish the hotdog. 😅😅 Amazing taste for a hotdog!

Really nice place to get corn dogs in the heart of downtown. Takes about 10 minutes to get your order ready as they make fresh corn dogs. I usually get the whole mozzarella as I'm vegetarian they also have veggie one made of potatoes, but I would prefer whole mozzarella with cheddar cheese seasoning & butter garlic with sweet and spicy mayo. A must try this combination it's really good.

the staff was really kind and helpful, tried the half and half and it was pretty good. i’d recommend to dine in as it’s fresh and piping hot!! amazing 🤩

This was literally the best corndog I have ever had omg 😭 my big back wants more... (Half mozzarella w spicy mayo, ketchup and Chipotle sauce 1000/10)

Our first time, and absolutely delicious, we ate about six different varieties of them and not a single fail in the bunch…🤪❤️
