The ladies who took my order were first class indeed. Made me feel I like I was at home from the start. The team at Christie’s explained in detail how to properly store them for max shelf life for quality taste. I ordered three chocolate chip & three white chocolate chip with macadamia nut cookies. Along with three brownies. I just ate the cookies & I love them. Theses cookies are very chewable, lots of freshness going on in every bite I took. These cookies were fresh & had a nice sweet subtle but pleasant very light salty taste to them. I love the neighborhood where they are located. The setting is small & very personal able as it’s a small cookie shop. They seem like they are very hip, free spirited, fun loving folks. It felt like I stepped back into an earlier time period as this neighborhood seeks to bring people together to socialize in person vs being isolated on your communication devices. It was raining outside & it was fun to see how people come together & live their best life having fun, shopping & dining out together. This community where Christie’s Cookie is located is what our country needs more of today. These are my cookies & man! They in my rotation so when I need a great cookie. I’ll be their at Christie’s getting my chocolate chip to go.

A little pricey. But good Cookies. DONT DO A TIN. Tins are insane in price. But a half dozen is like $13. Good flavor cookies. Rocky road is definitely the best in my opinion. Staff is friendly, and helpful. I asked a question about the area. Looking for little shops. They had no idea and said they both didn't know the area. They have doggy treats for the puppers. Definitely a nice feature for the place. Wish there was some more seating. Only have 2 chairs.

Although the cookie tastes good, I could go without the trash inside it. See photos, purchased at Mariano’s in Lakeview Illinois. Only time trying Christie cookies.

These cookies are to die for!! And the ice cream cookie sandwich? Omg I thought I went to heaven for a minute! Worth every penny. The staff was so friendly as well! Greeted us as we walked in and ran through all of our options of cookie flavors. They offer coffee and fresh milk. One thing I wish they did have was bottled water, for those of us who don’t drink milk or coffee. Don’t pass these us when you’re visiting Nashville!

Excellent customer service. Great tasting cookies and they had a free cookie with any purchase. Brownies and muffins are also delicious.

Didn’t like it, dry, taste old and no chewy at all. Sorry, I know was a gift but you expected to be good, I checked online and is $38.99 the price of this round container cookies. I love cookies but Costco taste 1,000 times better and is affordable, wow I was surprised how bad they tasted, I am wondering maybe was an old badge of cookies that the person gave Us this cookies had them for a long long time in the storage.

Oh sad just not what they used to be.., that fresh baked, thick cookie that first presented itself in little carts at Dillard’s and later at Preds games that fueled a local addiction. Definitely a different recipe or maybe a different preparation. There was some talk that partially frozen dough was responsible for the luxurious texture. These are just regular cookies bigger diameter but much thinner.

I have ordered their cookies for YEARS as both corporate and personal gifts. Have spent thousands with this company and have recommended them to companies and friends. Went to order 30 tins this week for gifts and experienced horrible customer service. The woman who we spoke with was so rude that we simply ended the call and took the business elsewhere. While I understand the holidays can be stressful time for everyone, this was uncalled for. They have lost a long time loyal customer.

Ordered on the 16th December, now the 24th and still no delivery. Sent multiple emails and no response! Shocking service and on the website it's stated orders placed before 18th December will arrive for Christmas... Won't be ordering from them again and will strongly tell people and my clients to avoid them.

We stopped here on a food tour and got some nice warm chocolate chip cookies. They had quite a selection and they are known for the famous DoubleTree hotel cookies. They have some sitting in there if you're interested in getting a cookie..or a few...and sitting down for a moment. The place is surrounded by apartment areas and office buildings, but you can't miss it!

I ordered a tin of 60 cookies, I had ordered them before about 8 yrs ago, they arrived promptly but the taste of the cookies has taken a big nose dive I don't know if they switched recipes or what but I ended up throwing the most of them in the trash.

I really enjoyed these cookies, they satisfied my sweet tooth and cravings. They are crisp around the edges, soft in the center, and just the right amount of chewy. Although they weren't the best I ever had, they were flavorful and were a good comfort food for the time being.

Best cookies! Loved & shared them for 35+ years. The deliciousness had passed the test of time. Definitely a must when you go to Nashville & get them warm!

I am not a fan of sweets but visited because my spouse wanted to. I will say that I tried a piece of two different cookies and found that they were not globs of sugar like so many others are. They actually had a flavor outside of sweet. Too bad I did not have a cup of coffee.

Drop in on a Sunday was so happy to see their doors open. Place was clean and organize. To make it easier I got a dozen. One of each flavors. Cookies were good. it was a moment of a splurge for me. $27 for a dozen was kinda deep. Just supporting a local brand. Tasted delicious if you warm it up in the microwave for a few seconds. They had brownies and tshirt goodies for sale along with cookies.

So good!!! Got an assortment & every flavor was delicious. These cookies are love at first bite! Perfectly soft and chewy in the middle.

The two employees in here were so polite. I'm from out of town and this was my first visit of the day in Nashville. I got a half dozen with a variety of flavors, each one was awesome! The store was easy to find as well, and while checking out the employee at the register made some small talk with me and suggested other places to visit when I told her I wasn't local. Highly recommend! Great way to start my visit in Nashville!

The company is fast on shipping the cookies but unfortunately the cookies are horrible! Double Tree Hotel has really let the brand down by letting Christie made the cookies for them. Just awful cookies nothing like they use to be.

The cookies were EIGHT days in transit!!!! They were OLD by the time the gift arrived. Christie Cookie said it was because they are mailed from TN going to AZ. They use Fed Ex. It takes 3 days to send a pkg from Mesa, AZ to Miami using USPS. I ordered a gift that may not be fit for consumption!!! Christie Cookie did not offer a refund so I could buy a different gift. They said the cookies should be fine. :/ Gross.

Sent the wrong note which read from a complete stranger on two occasions. They possibly sent the wrong order too. Company did not seemed to be concerned!

Out work group needed a pick me up. These cookies are just so amazingly delicious. Peanut butter chocolate chip is where it's at!! They have at least 10 varieties. Ice cream cookies, brownies (if there are any left) and possibly muffins - drink options milk or coffee. Space is not huge, but it's quaint and cozy. Do not go into this place if you are not prepared. It smells delicious and the wait staff is so nice you will just want to buy one of everything.

Passed by Christie cookie and thought to try it out because I'm here! Unfortunately I would not recommend this place given their cookies are pretty standard which is not bad in terms of money given you pay $1.7 for two cookies, but if you do not want to waste your calories intake I would say skip. We had the chocolate chip and the hot Nashville (you buy one and they give you the other as a complementary) The cookie reminded me of chips ahoy, except I personally think chips ahoy is more sweeter. The hot Nashville has some pepper to it but it doesn't ruin the taste. Chocolate chip: 6/10 Hot Nashville: 5/10

Just okay for me and I love cookies. We tried three - oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip with oats and nuts and ginger (it had a different name, but I can't remember). The ginger one was by far the best, it had a nice, strong ginger bite. The other two were a little plain and dry.

I came to this location and they had a note on the door stating that they were having "issues" or something. Ok great, I walk away. A young lady comes out and tells me that their Square card reader was not working, But she did apologize and tell me to have a good day. I sat in the car for another couple of minutes to determine how far another location was. There was another car that pulled in a few seconds after me, but they read the sigh from their car and saw me walking away and then they pulled out. As they were leaving , a mid age lady walks out and flags them back. I opened my car door and asked was their machine was back working and she says no. (So I'm trying to figure out why you're flagging a car to come back, even though I was their first and STILL THERE). Meanwhile, another employee is unlocking the main entrance door. So I called and asked if they were back open because I just seen them allowing ppl to walk in and get serviced, Jennifer tells me yes that they are open..... So I walk back in and select my cookies, she gives them to me for free ( although I did offer to give exact change, twice). Needless to say, you need to treat everyone the same, if you have a customer sitting in your lot, knowing you are opening the door, don't go out of your way to flag another car that is clearly leaving, to come back. It doesn't make any sense. Be mindful of how you're interacting with customers, it makes a difference whether they come back or not.

Love these cookies. These are the same delicious warm cookies that greet you at Double Tree Hotels. The best chocolate chip cookies ever.

I just popped in after seeing the murals nearby. The only thing that would have made the Doubletree cookie better would be having it in a warmer. Pretty spot on version of the cookie.

For Christmas my grandma had a simple request. She wanted some oatmeal cookies. So I thought to myself where can I get some good cookies??? And that's when it hit me! Christie's!!! I've had them before in Chocolate chip but not oatmeal. So I went and got her some. She loved them! Definitely will be back to get her more.

Absolutely Amazing cookies! The oatmeal raisin is to die for. The cookies were soft and baked perfectly. The shop is adorable. The service was so friendly. Nestled in Germantown by a couple of cool Spots to grab a bite. If you are in Nashville head over and pick up some of these yummy cookies. My family loves them!

So good. I was in Nashville for one night only and wanted something sweet. I didn't realize how popular Christie's was, but they are and for good reason. Their cookies are great and they have a good variety. I would recommend if you're in the area.

THe cookies are very good. I love the store they provide milk , cookie dough and they have coffee for a dollar. Don't know if they'll be my first choice to go to buy cookies because I've had better but I would take a friend there.

The cookies are always fresh and are so delicious! They make a wonderful gift for the holidays. My favorite is the sugar cookie and the Doubletree cookie. Such a wonderful indulgence on a cheat day!

Disappointed on Saturday, March 6th at 11:05 am. I drove from my home 20 minutes to get oatmeal cookies as a surprise for two people, one of which has been in the hospital since Tuesday. There were none and a limited selection of other cookies. Advice: call first if you are wanting a specific cookie so you do not waste time and gas!

Garbage cookies. They are made and shipped from Buffalo New York and the store uses the dough from Rich's Corporation

Always hit the right cookie spot. Make sure you arrive early if you want a full selection, as they do sell out.

I've been to Christie Cookie a few times now and have always enjoyed their cookies. I usually get either the peanut butter or lemon white chocolate. Decent size for the price!

I like their cookies so I started mail ordering them every now and again. I would tell others about them as well. Definitely a promoter. There was one issue I thought Christie Cookie could easily resolve but the attitude they took was that they didn't care. Cool. You lost a customer and and I'll be sure to share my experience with everyone who asks about Christie Cookie.

Whoa Nelly!!! As I'm walking around Germantown, I smelled this beautiful sweet scent, so I had to stop in! I was pleasantly surprised at their array of cookies, like white chocolate macadamia, cranberry oatmeal, and peanut butter. I ordered 5 or 6 cookies, and I'll tell you, each cookie was amazing! The flavors were there, they were soft like I like them, and the staff was incredibly friendly! I'll certainly be back!

Saw these cookies at Kroger and they looked interestingly good. Cranberry oatmeal I think was one flavor and then butter pecan. They both, and especially the butter pecan taste like they mashed and formed the dough into the shape of a cookie and packaged it. Straight up cookie dough, which most of the world loves but I abhor. I came here just to see if others thought the same.

Stopped in to grab a few cookies. Left with a dozen. That should probably say it all. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cookies are excellent. We have t found one we haven't liked.

Ordered an assortment, cost over $100 delivered.  Sent an email telling them the macadamia and oatmeal raisin were OK but the brownies and chocolate chip were like eating raw cookie dough.  Also sent to the contact link on their website.  Never heard back from them.  Very disappointed!!  Would never order again

Ordered the peanut butter cookies(10 for35.00) and I have to say they were the most dry cookie I have ever . Couldn't even taste the peanut butter in them very disappointed in the quality for the price I paid.

This place has become such a cute Nashville staple. They have a wide variety of tasty treats to satisfy a variety of taste buds. I tend to gravitate towards chocolate chip cookies, and Christie Cookie has perfected their recipe. It's the percent concentration of crunchy and chewy. They also have some weird flavors like the Nashville Hot Cookie. This unique treat is based on Nashville's infamous hot chicken and is a chocolate cookie with a variety of spices (cinnamon and cayenne I think) baked inside of it. I wasn't a huge fan, but it was something different. I have tried Christie Cookie at several different events around town, and it's always been a fun treat to try. The lady working was telling me about their holiday tins you can order online for a variety of occasions, so I will be certainly looking into doing that for a fun and tasty gift!

After paying six dollars for a cookie the extremely rude cashier states "you have two minutes to eat the cookie - I'm closing the door." She then proceeds to glare at us and stamp her foot until we gathered our things and left.

I have loved Christie Cookie since I was a little girl. I used to get to go to their old store in the Bellevue Mall (R.I.P) and get a cookie if I made good grades in elementary school! When, I got married, I had Christie Cookies in the welcome boxes for my guests at the hotel! Chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin are my favorite-I used to love their snickerdoodles, but I haven't had one in forever! Maybe when I come to town again, I'll stop by the Germantown store to see if they have any! Christie Cookie is definitely a piece of original Nashville and I'm so glad they are still thriving!

Hands down best cookies! Can't stop eating. Hope not much calories or whatever makes me gain weight lol. Buying from local Marianos.

Received a tin can of their cookies as an Xmas present from my bank. I tried their macadamia white chocolate and now am going to regift these cookies to get them out of my home. They are soft, moist, and fantastic. I will not get fatter from this company, it's already hard enough to lose weight. I choose not to eat any more of their cookies but I will be suggesting and buying them for other people in the future. Merry Xmas! Side note: don't know which store these came from so I will be posting to all their locations.

Very good cookies that originated in Nashville. This location is their headquarters where they are all made. They have recently expanded their hours but check before you go to make sure they are open because it's still not long hours. Small parking lot right out front you can use if you are running in to get cookies. They are baked fresh and often times warm when you get them. They have the standard (chocolate chip, etc.) and then will have some special flavors as well. They aren't cheap, but are definitely worth it for a nice treat. Pro tip: if you go to this location, they have a freezer in the lobby where you can buy ice cream sandwiches with their cookies - they are good.

I love these cookies !! I will be going there a lot now that I know they sell them here.

i was so excited when i ordered these cookies. i just received them today and wasn't impressed at all. they tasted like store bought cookies not homemade cookies. i only like homemade cookies. they were dry and not crisp at all. i bought all 3 selection of cookies for a total of 18 cookies. maybe if you are in store the experience is different . i would never order from your company again . total dissapointed. the tin is very nice where the cookies came in and thats about it. i love cookies but never again. i chose your company and there are so many other companies i could have chosen. estee

I brought my mom here for the first time and we both really enjoyed our cookies. I got a strawberry ice cream cookie sandwich, which was yummy. I also got a couple of chocolate chip cookies that my husband throughly enjoyed. My mom got chocolate chip cookies and white chocolate macadamia nut. I wanted to take my husband, but they were closed. I will definitely be back soon.

I really wanted to stop eating these long enough to take a picture, unfortunately... that didn't happen. I tried white chocolate macadamia, chocolate chip, and oatmeal raisin. Naturally chocolate chip was my favorite. I'm not sure what it was about it, but it's better than most chocolate chip cookies I've had in the past. I'm not typically an oatmeal raisin type of girl, but I do have to say... even that cookie created a little happiness in my day. I loved all 3 (I really had 4 cookies) and sadly... they were gone in less than a 24 hour period. So yes, you should probably go there and try cookies. They're awesome.

I used to work at the Christie Cookie in green hills and man was I disappointed eight this location. The cookies were hard and stale. These aren't cheap and for a company that mainly sells cookies....they should be tasting pretty darn good. Very disappointed!

The Christie Cookie company has the best cookies I've ever tasted. Period. I make it a habit to come when I'm in Nashville and I'm never disappointed. My favorite is their chocolate chip cookie, but I also love their Doubletree cookie dough. I buy it by the double case that they sell and I love it. Hands-down the best cookies.

Their cookie ice cream is pretty good. Chocolate ice cream cookie have a hint of mint in the taste. It is slightly irregular compare to other chocolate ice cream cookie. They have coffee and milk to combo the good cookies. They have different combinations of tin cans full of delicious cookies. Their cookie is good, but not ridiculously good. On plus side, parking is good at this place.

Amazing product. The ice cream sandwiches are life-changing. It'd be a five star review if they weren't closed 9 times out of 10 that I (and most people) would swing by. M - F 9a to 4p, really? I dunno who makes these decisions, but I feel like the business they'd get just from people leaving Jack Brown's across the street on Fridays and weekends would pay for someone to staff the front. That or something like the cupcake ATM in 12 South.
